The location is about 1 mile from center of Roses, close enough to walk to small grocery store. It’s off the ocean, it with ocean view from bed and living rooms. Dedicated parking garage, which was but right for us (being from Wesrchester County NY), so we ended up street parking in back, which was easier. You can walk to the two coves next to Roses, about 15 minutes walk to first one and restaurants. Swimming in either of these coves or right off rocks in front of house. We had three bedroom for two kids plus parents, which was quite comfortable. Very well maintained, dipping pool right off living room.
