Les appareils ménagers sont ne sont pas entretenus donc ne fonctionnent pas très bien. La vaisselle était sale et grasse. La climatisation n'est que dans la pièce à vivre, donc le soir dans les chambres à l'étage, impossible de dormir. Los muebles en general ( salvo en salón), son viejos y están poco conservados. Baño muy antiguo, armarios con olor cerrado y elementos sueltos ( maderas, lámparas viejas en su interior, etc..). Pero lo peor fue encontrarnos la casa sin limpiar.
