in a villa with two apartments on the hill of Puig room, above the marina with a beautiful view of the bay and the canigou.
the house is located at the end of a dead end on the edge of the nature reserve dug course and is very quiet.
it has a small Mediterranean garden planted with agaves and cacti.
all modern facilities, air conditioning, a local Andalusian deco type parking.
the beach is 10 minutes walk.

Logement très propre, très spacieux et très bien équipé.La vue est tout simplement splendide et l'environnement relativement calme Seules petites choses à prendre en considération :La localisation en effet l'accès au logement sans véhicule motorisé peut être très compliqué Le voisinage :lors de notre séjour nous sommes tombés sur 3 jeunes qui aimaient faire la fête tardivement Mais sinon hormis cela la location est juste magnifique Je recommande La communication avec les propriétaires( français ) s'est très bien déroulée

L'appartement est idéalement situé à Roses. La vue est mémorable et va nous manquer. Je pense que la superficie annoncée de 68m2 est incorrecte parce que le logement est vraiment spacieux. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie est confortable. Beaucoup d'équipements, tout a été pensé pour pensé.jIl y a une machine à laver, très p quand on va a la plage tous les jours. Cette maison est adaptée pour des séjours en famille nous avons deux enfants de 7 ans et 3 ans. our confortable pensé po pour un séjour confortable

Perfektes Apartment am perfekten Ort

Da wir bereits vor 2 Jahren im selben Apartment in Roses waren, können wir nochmals bestätigen, dass alles perfekt ist. Sobald wir die Wohnung betraten haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist phänomenal! Man überblickt die gesamte Bucht von Roses incl. Hafen und Stadt. Wir saßen manchmal stundenlang auf dem Balkon um des Geschehen "dort unten" zu beobachten. Alles in Allem: Dieses wunderbare Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen! Fam. Müller

Urlaub mit Freundin

Die Aussicht ist einfach super. Man hat das Gefühl in der Stadt zu sein… Zwei Bade, optimal für Ferien mit einer Freundinnen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles was gebraucht wird ist vorhanden. Wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank.

Alles bestens mit der Wohnung

Im gesamten ist die Wohnung in Ordnung .. alles vorhanden zum täglichen Gebrauch … super Aussicht aber auch nur mit Auto zu befahren wenn man nach Rosés will oder man schwitzt gerne und geht zu Fuß !!! Das ganz ganz große Minus ist oder war bei uns jedenfalls …. wir wissen nicht ob das Eigentümer oder auch Mieter der obigen Wohnung war ( Deutsche aus Esslingen) die haben die Nacht ab 24.00 Uhr zum Tag gemacht (am anderen Tagsüber schliefen Sie und sind gegen Nachmittag weg gewesen ) da dieses Haus oder die spanischen Häuser insgesamt nicht so gedämmt sind … dann hörten wir alles … und die haben gewaschen ab Mitternacht und man meinte Sie würden Wohnung umrüsten man hörte alllllleeeesss … kein Respekt das noch andere drunter wohnen würden… wir haben uns nicht mit denen angelegt die Zeiten sind vorbei und ich wollte keinen Streit haben …also das müsste verboten sein auch von Eigentümern wenn Sie diese Wohnung gekauft haben … wir wissen es ja nicht aber vielleicht diese Agentur oder unser Vermieter Herr Nadal . Als Scherz hätte ich mal meinen Hund hochschicken müssen um Klarheit zu machen 😂😂😂😂selbst unser Hund war nie laut usw den hörte man garnicht !!! So das war’s Herr Nadal kann ja auch nichts dafür aber das geht garnicht zum Glück brauchen wir nicht mehr zu arbeiten , um Ruhe zu genießen , das können wir jeden Tag und jetzt sind wir auch weiter in Spanien und genießen es Pineda de Mar ist Klasse Mit freundlichen Grüßen Jürgen Reichertz

L'appartement est tres bien équipé et très confortable. Très belle vue dominante sur la mer et la ville.Très calme situé en hauteur de la mer et la ville..Voiture nécessaire sauf si on aime marcher un peu. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très réactifs quand on les contacte. Je recommande.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, mit einer Wahnsinnsaussicht über die Bucht von Roses, den Hafen und die Stadt. Gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es ist kein Internetanschluss vorhanden. Internet nur über 4G und den eigenen Vertrag. Wenn Gaming und Streaming nicht wichtig sind oder man eine Flatrate hat, dann ist die Wohnung eine absolute Empfehlung.

Toller Urlaub in Roses/Katalonien

Nachdem wir wegen Corona diesen Urlaub 2mal stornieren mussten, war es dieses Jahr 2022 endlich soweit. Dieselbe Wohnung und bei Neu-Buchung derselbe Preis. Wir fanden ein Appartment der höheren Klasse vor mit grandiosem Ausblick über die gesamte Stadt Roses und der weitläufigen Bucht von Roses! Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir hatten guten schriftlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter, der unsere Fragen zur Reise und zum Appartment stets schnell und zufriedenstellend am selben Tag beantwortete! Wir möchten uns auch bei ihm ganz herzlich bedanken. Wir können dieses Appartment auf jeden Fall guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Familie Müller
