Complex ligt direct aan zee. Het appartement is gelegen op de bovenste verdieping van het complex. We waren er met z'n drieën en de ruimte was voor ons prima. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig heb. We kwamen niets te kort. Op het ruime balkon zitten was ook heerlijk. De zon was er al redelijk vroeg in de middag. Mbt de schuifdeuren op het balkon konden we ook uit de wind zitten. Nous avons également trouvé de la vaisselle mal lavée et des débris alimentaires dans le lave-vaisselle. tout cela ajouté au stress de l'arrivée , généré pendant plus de 3 heures, par une erreur de téléphone de la personne qui nous remettait les clés ,a un peu gâché ce séjour. ##### anne-marie b. L'appartement au 9.ème étage est spacieux et très bien equippé. Cuisine toute neuve, chaufage, machine à laver, tout parfaitement functionant. Parking privé. Notre chien s'est trouvé aussi très bien! Le concierge est toujours présent et disponible en Cas de besoin. Le centre de Roses reste à 20 minutes à pieds, une très jolie promenade. Appartement très bien situé avec une très belle vue mer. Il est tout à fait conforme à la description du site. Calme, spacieux, bien équipé. Christine et son conjoint, qui nous ont accueilli à notre arrivée son charmants et très disponibles si besoin. La piscine est très facile d'accès, surveillée par une gardienne sympathique qui assure le respect des lieux. Il y a un accès très rapide au bord de mer par la piscine pour se baigner sur la plage de rochers. Accès en 10 mn par un très joli sentier littoral à une petite plage de sable où l'on trouve également quelques commerces. On peut également rejoindre Rosas par ce sentier en 25 mn qui est une charmantes ville très aminée en commerces restaurants et spectacles de tous genres. 15 jours de vacances, qui nous ont permis de bien nous ressourcer. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Sur place, nous profitons de la piscine, nous nageons dans la mer en y accédant depuis la piscine. Nous aimons nous promener à Rosas, petite ville très animée et avec de bons petits restaurants... Nous nous promenons le long de la côte dans la réserve naturelle vers le Cap de Creuz et jamais n'avons revu une vue pareille. Il est très bien placé entre deux plages accessibles à pied (entre 7 et 25 minutes par le sentier du littoral) et orientées différemment, ce qui permet de choisir la plus abritée en fonction de la direction du vent. Nous conseillerions simplement de changer les matelas de la chambre à deux lits.. Bon séjour à Roses, dans un site enchanteur ! ##### jean-luc b. La vue sur la baie y est magnifique. L'appartement possède tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour des plus agréables. La soleil se couche face à la terrasse, ce qui annonce tous les soirs de chouettes apéros ensoleillés et de beaux couchers de soleil. Appartement idéal pendant les belles périodes de l'année. Matin petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue panoramique sur Rosas et sa baie. Détente a la piscine avec superbe vue sur la mer avant une petite excursion dans le centre de Rosas avec ses petits restos et son marché.. Après midi, visites de petits villages medievaux, avant un plongeon dans la piscine et dans la mer au pied de l'appartement.
