Spacious, bright and in the well-kept decoration. Very beautiful view cleared on the mountain, and on the sea of quoted. Lounge of 30 m ² with big openings giving onto a small terrace. Privative parking. Quite nearby not need for vehicle. Businesses in 200 m. Residential area in the peace of the noisy streets but in 200 m of the center of Rose. Flat screen with cable / satellite, foreign chains and DVD player. Equipment beach, games, books at arrangement(deckchairs, parasol, rackets...) + chair baby Possibility of renting the linen and the bikes, the WI-FI ( additional cost). L'appartement est très bien situé, à coté de la la plage et de l'hyper centre donc pas besoin de toucher à la voiture qui peut être en plus mise au parking des propriétaires. Seul bémol je pense, la clim ou plus de ventilateurs pour les périodes de grande chaleur (pas notre cas lors de notre séjour). Je recommande. ##### margot m. La clim dans l'appartement serait peut être un petit plus les jours de grande chaleur ce qui n'empêche pas cependant de recommander fortement cette location .
