Lovely 2-bedroom apartment accommodating 4 people, just 65 metres from the beach.
The 64 m² accommodation is tastefully furnished and very bright.
There is a very cosy 8 m² terrace with lovely views, pleasant and comfortable furniture, air conditioning, private outdoor parking in the same building with remote access, 1 TV, satellite TV. Lift.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils and a coffee maker.
Bed linen and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the booking price.
It is located 0 m from the nature reserve, 64 m from the \'PLATJA DEL RASTRELL\' sandy beach, 700 m from the \'SALATÀ\' amusement park, 1 km from the town, 2 km from the \'AQUABRAVA\' water park, 18 km from the \'RENFE\' train station, 60 km from \'AEROPORT GIRONA\' airport and is situated in an ideal area for families and by the sea.
A car is not necessary, as there are entertainment, supermarkets and shops in the surrounding area.

The Roses coast includes a long sandy beach and further east a large number of coves, including Canyelles Petites, L\'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols and Montjoi. Some of its beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag, a symbol of the quality of its environment.
Roses is an autonomous town, with all kinds of shops: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, schools, medical centre, hairdressers, veterinarians.....

Roses is a town with a Mediterranean essence and a strong tourist and maritime tradition. Located in a unique natural environment, north of the Costa Brava, less than 30 km from the French border, 65 km from Girona and 160 km from Barcelona. The large tourist centre, with urbanisations, hotels, beaches and two ports (fishing and sports) is an attractive and prominent place within the northern sector of the Costa Brava. The coast of the municipality of Roses includes a long sandy beach. Roses is an active city all year round. Its offer of activities and attractions is very appealing for all types of travellers. Driving a go-kart, enjoying a day at the water park, playing mini-golf, sailing on the boats that make excursions to Cap de Creus and Cadaques or taking a ride on the tourist train are just some of the possibilities that Roses offers to spend leisure time.

La baie de Roses est très belle avec sa longue plage de sable.Le Cap de Creus et son parc naturel est splendide.

sa localisation, à proximité des restaurants et commerce. Nous avons pas apprécié qu'il y ai qu'une seule climatisation (il en faut au moins une autre vers la chambre qui donne vers l'entrée de l'appartement (car exposée plein ouest, le soir c'est suffoquant).La cuisine n'est pas bien aéré. Pb de store dans la chambre et cuisine située à l'entrée de l'appart
