Pleasant three bedroom house

Goertz und Partner offers this beautiful house for tourist rental. The property is located in the urbanization of "Mas Busca" 3 km from Roses and its beaches.
The house has been completely renovated.
The house has a terrace from which you access the house. Upon entering there is a small living room with a television and a sofa. Continuing, there is a dining area from which you can go out to the rear terrace where you will find a barbecue. The American kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other appliances.
We have a total of three bedrooms, which each have a double bed (140 cm).
The bathroom has an Italian shower and we have a separate toilet.
The house is equipped with air conditioners, one in the dining room, another two in two bedrooms.
The jacuzzi that can be seen in the photos is not in operation, nor is it available to the tenants.
The house does not have internet.
The cleaning of the barbecue is in charge of the user tenants.
Sheets and towels not included in our rentals (possibility of renting for €25/person)
