Lack of assistance does not warrant compensation. 4\. External works by city hall or institutions, potentially impacting the tenant's stay. 5\. WiFi services from external companies may not cover all managed apartments. In case of a deficient connection, the owner will refund the service charge with supplier authorization, without client attribution of blame. If the rented accommodation becomes unavailable, the owner commits to offering an alternative of a similar or higher category.
