Magnificent completely renovated apartment located on the beachfront of Roses. It has 3 bedrooms is suitable for 8 people. Located on the 2nd Floor. Completely renovated and very well equipped, with modern and careful decoration. It has an area of ​​110 m2 + 15m2 terrace-gallery + 7 m2 front terrace. From the apartment you can see the sea, the beach and Plaça Catalunya

Located in a unique natural environment, north of the Costa Brava, it is less than 30 km from the French border, 65 km from Girona and 160 km from Barcelona. The large tourist center, with urbanizations, hotels, beaches and two ports (fishing and sports) is an attractive place of great importance within the northern sector of the Costa Brava. The coast of the municipality of Rosas includes a long sandy beach. Roses is an active city throughout the year. Its offer of activities and attractions is very suggestive for all types of travellers. Driving a go-kart, enjoying a day at the water park, playing minigolf, sailing aboard the boats that make excursions to Cap de Creus and Cadaques or taking a ride on the tourist train are just some of the possibilities that Roses offers for spend leisure hours.
