MIGJORN 2 2 Roses Immo Barneda Roses. Magnificent Apartment completely renovated located on the first line of Roses beach. It has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for 8 people. Located on the 2nd Floor. Completely renovated and very well equipped, with modern and careful decoration. It has an area of 110 m2 + 15m2 terrace-gallery + 7 m2 front terrace. From the apartment, the sea, the beach and the Plaça Catalunya can be seen. Very modern and fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer, and all the necessary utensils in the cupboards for cooking and eating (frying pans, pots... plates, spoons...) Satellite television 1 Bathroom with bathtub + 1 wc. Sheets and towels have an additional cost, they are not included in the reservation price. Moreover, the accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: lift, terrace furniture, iron, heating. It has 6 single beds of 0.90 + 1 double sofa bed in the living room. Lift and private WiFi The accommodation is located in the centre of the town (La Calle Mayor), known for its location, close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, beach, shops.
