Appartement in Santa Margarida

The flat was in the 2th floor in Santa Margarida, 2 KM away from Roses center. One can walk to Roses on the pedestrian road to the beach. The souraunding are tippical for mass-tourism. The recepcion is in Roses and the ladies are willing to help you. The flat is in a building that was ment to be rent. There ist no loud traffic around but the building is noisy because of the isolation. The parking inside is very tricky and difficult. the kitchen is ok but it could be more pans and leads (only if one cook inside).

Wij hadden een super verblijf. Zelf ben ik rugpatiënt en vond ik de bedden top! Zeker aan te raden. Goede ligging kortbij het strand. Kortbij is een winkel, bakker, …. Op 5 min rijden grootwarenhuis. De accommodatie was goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Alleen misten we nog wat aardappelmesjes, onderzetter voor hete pan op te zetten. Proper bij aankomst. Jammer dat er geen zonnebedden aan het zwembad zijn. De hygiëne binnen was top, aan het zwembad kon het nog netter. Parking vrij smal met een grotere auto.

Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht .Gute Betten , Ausstattung und Lage.

Alles in allem war es wieder mal ein gelungener Urlaub. Die Wohnung war super sauber und entsprechend eingerichtet. Was zum letzten Mal aufgefallen ist war die Sauberkeit im Hof und Pool. Die hat nachgelassen. Was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir nur am Meer gewesen sind. Für die lauten Nachbarn kann die Agentur auch nichts. Rundum vollstens zufrieden und gerne wieder.

Es handelt sich nicht um eine neue Wohnung wie beworben. Die wohnung hat überall starke Abnutzungen, der Horror war aber die stinkende und mit grünspan übersehene spülmaschine. Wir konnten nur mit handspülen. Haus wurde um 2013 gebaut bzw. Das steht im fahrstuhl da war es mal eine neue wohnung. Nichtsdestotrotz hauen wir 6 tolle Tage

Immeuble avec appartement qui appartient à une agence, ils vous place ou ils veulent, je me suis retrouvée au rdc avec une haie et un immeuble devant moi,et le passage pour la piscine, heureusement qu'il y avait du vent et que personne se baignait, alors que sur les photos on voyait qu on était en etage Piscine non nettoyé pendant notre séjour, pleins de chiures de mouettes autour du bassin et piscine sale Appartement avec manque de vaisselle, une télé sur meuble bas, donc désagréable à regarder Aucun meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser ces vêtements, obligé de les mettre sur la cuvette des wc Je ne recommande pas cette agence et cet appart

Résidence confortable et bien située

Appartement propre, spacieux et fonctionnel. Idéal pour des vacances en famille. Plusieurs commerces et restaurants sont tout proche et la plage à 5mn à pied, pour ceux qui supporteront la plage de Roses. Les voisins peuvent être bruyants, ne pas hésiter à leur parler pour régler le problème avec diplomatie. Les gens comprennent. Nous avons eu un problème de douche bouchée, l'agence est intervenue rapidement en notre absence pour réparer. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Skal vi komme med noe negativt så var det generelt dårlig med glass. Vi måtte ut å kjøpe oss et par vinglass :) Måtte ta en 90 graders vask på hånddukene vi leide før vi tok de i bruk, for de luktet surt. Ellers er vi veldig fornøyd. :)

-Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. -Die Küchenausstattung ist gut (zwei Töpfe und zwei Pfannen, genug Besteck, genug Gläser, genug Teller, Schüsseln, Kochutensilien, ein Schäler usw). -Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl (super mit Kinderwagen) - das Badezimmer war nicht sehr groß, (aber absolut ausreichend!) und es hatte ein Fenster - es gab genug Stühle und auch Balkonmöbel, sodass die die Möglichkeit besteht, auf dem Balkon zu essen, ohne die Stühle hin- und hertragen zu müssen. -bequemes Sofa und einige deutsche Kanäle im TV - den Poolbereich haben wir nie genutzt, dazu kann ich nichts sagen. - die Lage fanden wir super! Es ist sehr nah zum Strand, zur Promenade und zu Restaurants und weil das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Einziger „Nachteil“ ist, dass die Stühle sehr laut sind und man auch die Nachbarn von oben sehr hört, wenn Stühle gerückt werden. Unsere Nachbarn sind leider mitten in der Nacht abgereist und waren dabei sehr laut, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts!

Parfait, logement bien situé, récent et spacieux , disposant de tout le confort moderne, machine à laver entre autre. Parking souterrain trés pratique . Le tout pour un prix raisonnable. une fiche rédigée en français , expliquant la procédure de départ: remise des clefs, etc.... A part ce petit détail , rien a signaler.
