It features a 12 m² terrace (and an additional 15 m² terrace with barbecue) where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun, dinners under the stars, or simply the relaxing sound of the waves. The 60 m² interior includes 2 comfortable bedrooms with a 1.40 m beds, a full bathroom, a living-dining area with air conditioning in the living room and hallway, and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine). It also offers private parking, WiFi, garden furniture, and a sunshade for extra comfort. Its location is perfect for hiking enthusiasts or seaside walks: right in front, a coastal path leads you along rocks, cliffs, and wild coves of Roses, offering an authentic Mediterranean experience. Note: Bed linen and towels are not included (available for rent). No smoking andpets are not allowed. Important: The apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
