L’expérience a été globalement mitigée. L’annonce mentionne une plage à 10 minutes à pied, mais il faut compter plutôt 20 minutes, et les places de parking à proximité sont quasi inexistantes. L’appartement, situé au troisième étage, est équipé du strict minimum : literie correcte, mais chambre enfants avec simple hublot donnant sur le couloir. En période de canicule, l’absence de climatisation est très difficile à supporter : la température est montée à 36, sans possibilité de créer de courants d’air. Les ventilateurs fournis étaient vétustes et peu efficaces, nous avons dû en acheter un nous-mêmes. La salle de bain nécessiterait une rénovation et les placards manquent d’aménagements pratiques.Côté positif, la piscine est agréable et pratique pour les familles, mais sans aucun transat ni pelouse le confort est moyen. l’accès au bâtiment est sécurisé, l’ensemble de la résidence est bien entretenu et les équipes de nettoyage sont aimables.En conclusion, ce logement peut convenir pour un séjour hors fortes chaleurs si l’on privilégie la piscine et la propreté de la résidence. En revanche, le manque de confort lié à la chaleur, les nuisances sonores liées à l’obligation de dormir fenêtres ouvertes et les équipements limités nous amènent à estimer que le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas satisfaisant. ##### RAMOS A.
