The 1000m² property, gently sloping and southwest-facing, offers stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Roses and the surrounding countryside.
On the ground floor, the accommodation features a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen/bar, and a conservatory with access to the outdoor terrace. There are also two double bedrooms with air conditioning (one ensuite) and two bathrooms with showers.
From the outdoor terrace, a spiral staircase leads to the pool terrace with access to the beautiful Mediterranean garden, which includes a goldfish pond.
