The property is strategically located just 250 meters from the beach, facilitating access to coastal activities and the varied offer of summer bars and restaurants. In addition, its proximity to restaurants, the sandy beach, supermarkets, shops and the town allows you to enjoy everything on foot, without having to take the car. The 28 m2 sunny terrace with table and chairs, opening onto a private garden, offers a pleasant outdoor space with views of the surroundings.
