On the sunny coast of Costa Brava, in the picturesque city of Roses, there is a spacious villa of 200 m² - an ideal place for a holiday with a large group or family. This cosy house, with capacity for eight guests, will welcome you with an atmosphere of comfort and serenity.   
  
At the villa, you can access it via several comfortable stairs that highlight its Mediterranean style and offer magnificent views of the surroundings. Inside, a spacious living room with soft sofas awaits you, where it is very pleasant to spend the afternoon watching movies on the large television. Next to it, a cosy dining area where you can enjoy a meal in the company of your loved ones.   
  
From the living room, you can access the shared pool of 2 villas. Here, under the warm Spanish sun, you can cool off in the crystal-clear water or simply relax on a lounger, enjoying the tranquillity and beauty of nature. Or it will be a place for new encounters and a pleasant coexistence with neighbours.   
  
The villa's kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare culinary masterpieces: from modern appliances to a complete set of crockery. Four cosy rooms - three with double beds and one with two single beds - will offer each guest a comfortable sleep and privacy. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, will add comfort.
