Rearrangement of furniture within the accommodation. 4\. Engagement in activities contravening municipal regulations, cohabitation guidelines, hygiene standards, or public rules, affecting other tenants. EXCLUDED LIABILITIES: The owner is not liable in the following situations: 1\. Theft, loss, or damage incurred by clients during their stay, even if a safe deposit box is rented. 2\. Supply disruptions from major companies (electricity, gas, water). 3\. Breakdown of appliances reported to the owner, who will contact the Technical Department within 24 hours. In case of a deficient connection, the owner will refund the service charge with supplier authorization, without client attribution of blame. If the rented accommodation becomes unavailable, the owner commits to offering an alternative of a similar or higher category.
