    The location is perfect: just 7 minutes from the beachand the town centre. It is a quiet area, ideal for cycling, but very close to bars, restaurants and all the activity of the town.

The main problem we had was not being able to contact the company after arrival. They forgot to leave the sheets and towels we had agreed to hire. I sent our first message immediately after arrival... only 30 minutes after our check in Saturday evening. We had to spend the first night without sheets on the beds. The following day we tried many times to contact them. It was impossible and even via VRBO it took several attempts. We even had times when the company picked up the phone and then hung up immediately! We finally got our sheets and towels 24 hours after arrival. A very stressful start to our family holiday! After a quick apology, the tone changed to "we don't work on Sundays". While I fully support workers having sufficient time off, I have also worked in tourism and somebody needs to be available if you have Saturday as your check in day! We asked for the WiFi code but were told "there is no WiFi" despite the ad stating "internet" and to contact host directly for WiFi access. After that we stayed clear of the company for the rest of our stay! The appartment is an odd mix of good crockery with cheap and unwashed cutlery. Some of the furnishings were great, some were unclean. Air con is in twin room and main room but not in double room. View of the port at nights is amazing... So a silver lining there. If you stay here you need to really check how you could contact this company in case of an emergency as the number they give as out of hours does not get answered.
