Diese Wohnung ist im Parterre mit einer Terrasse Richtung Strasse. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Die Einrichtung allerdings schon etwas „abgelebt“. Il n ' est visiblement pas tres bien entretenu, ni ventile : il y a une odeur penible de remontee d 'egout permanente, le menage etait moyennement fait. La literie n 'est pas de qualite, les dessus de lit qui etaient dans les placards sentaient le renferme. Le canape lit glisse, aucun des eclairages d ' appoint ne fonctionnait, la lumiere de la hotte dans la cuisine non plus. L ' equipement menager est sommaire.
