The beach promenade, so close to the apartment, offers everything your heart desires: water sports, bars and restaurants of all price ranges, shops, ice cream parlors, live music, all within walking distance. The car safely parked in the underground garage in the house. Within a 15-minute walk you can reach: jet ski and boat rental, boat trips, mini golf, water park, city walls, Roses center with shops, really ideal for a relaxing holiday: no searching for a parking space, no long journeys, no traffic jams... once in the Supermarket and then you can leave the car for days and really do so much on foot and relax.
