This apartment for 6 people has been recently renovated in a modern and cosy style. It is located in the heart of Roses, surrounded by all kinds of shops, stores, restaurants and bars, so you have everything at hand. In addition, La Punta beach is just 160 metres away, ideal for enjoying the sea without complications. With its excellent location and all the amenities, it is the perfect place to relax and explore this charming coastal town.  
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible  
  
COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.  
  
ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.  
  
By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.  
  
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Animals: €25 per animal for the entire stay.  
  
CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00PM to 10:00 PM.  
  
CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 AM.
