"From the moment we arrived to the minute we left staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with things to do! They even surprised us with a yummy chocolate cupcake on a plate that read Happy Anniversary in chocolate and bottle of wine in our room! Thier thoughtfulness was very touching and made the experience for us. The room was nice! Kitchenette with all the amenities, microwave, stove top, dish washer, refrigerator with freezer that makes ice, large comfortable King bed, and my favorite thing, washer/ dryer combo. Clean clothes before we left home. We enjoyed being within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, fish fry, straw market and the beach! When we return I would book again and stay at Margaritaville One Particular Harbor!"

"Ethan was exceptional!! He was an angel from the first time we walked through the resort. We had a ocean master suite thanks to Ethan. Such a patient caring and wonderful employee. He deserves a bonus. Also special shout to Christie (conceirge). She was very helpful with recommendations of activities for my toddler. Overall an amazing stay. Looking forward to coming back!!
