After our Villa in St Pol de Léon (Abritel N ° AB675550, 32 5-star reviews), we offer this new new Villa in Roscoff to have a new experience! Upscale Architect Villa with breathtaking views of the sea, the Port and the Marina. The viewpoint is ideal for seeing the Ferries broom going in and out of the port. What will delight young and old! This Design Villa has been specially designed for seasonal rentals with quality services: comfort and tranquility will be there! It is located between the Old Port and the new Port de Plaisance. Both are accessible directly on foot in less than 5 minutes. New Design Villa of 105 m² with 1 floor on 1000 m² of land, without joint ownership: The 45m² living room is widely open to the sea with a 5-meter bay; equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 people, 6-seater lounge with 160cm LED TV and Bose home cinema. Maison avec une vraie vue ! Cette maison, très bien équipé, disposant d’une vraie vue sur le port de plaisance de Roscoff et sur la baie de Morlaix, est très bien conçu et très confortable. Notre deuxième séjour dans cette belle maison s'est, à nouveau, très bien passé. L'emplacement est idéal, la maison est très bien équippée et très propre! Nous étions 4 dont 2 ados et nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La location est magnifique , spacieuse, bien agencée et tout confort. Les matériaux et les équipements sont de qualité (un grand plus pour l'environnement TV \_Audio Bose ... mes ados ont adorés) L' environnement est très calme malgré la proximité de la route et la villa est parfaitement située dans Roscoff (10 mns à pied du centre ville et du quai pour l'île de batz). Associée à une vue superbe sur la mer et la Marina, nous ne pouvons que recommander fortement cette location. Un grand merci Mickael pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité.
