Escape to our scenic Catskills loft perched above a working alpaca farm, just minutes from Roscoe, NY. With breathtaking mountain and farm views in every direction, this comfortable, air-conditioned loft sleeps up to six guests and is perfect for families, couples, or a friends' getaway.

Wake up to sweeping views and the gentle sounds of farm life, then step outside to experience everything the farm has to offer. Meet and interact with our alpacas, sheep, bunnies, ducks, llamas, and even peacocks. Guests are invited to feed and walk the alpacas for a truly hands-on, unforgettable farm stay experience.
Please not there are 12 steps to enter the loft.

Kids (and adults) will love panning for gems at our on-site gem mining sluice, and you can browse our artisan farm store for unique alpaca fiber goods and local treasures before heading home.
