Cocoonr agency offers this charming 28 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, 300 metres from the beach, with swimming pool, in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and modular furniture to create a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (90×190)
- A shower room with a shower and washing machine.
- A separate toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, plancha, fan.
The air-conditioning system is installed in the living room and is powerful enough to cool the entire flat.

Outdoors:
- Two shared swimming pools, including a children’s pool, open from May to September. Opening dates are subject to change and also depend on weather conditions.
- A paddling pool for children
- Three tennis courts and three pétanque courts
- A 6m² south-east-facing balcony, furnished to enjoy sunny days and offering a superb sea view.
