"Very comfy bed and quiet except for the first night in room 12... the door lock kept randomly buzzing at midnight until " 1 am and again at 5am.. didn't get much sleep that night! The 2nd night we stayed in a different room with a balcony and it was fine, a lovely room. The surfaces were dirty with spilt food etc from previously and the fridge could have done with being checked by staff for rubbish left in the freezer and spilt something?
