We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same. Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders"

"The breakfast is grab-n-go with VERY limited options (packets of oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt). The room was clean, but the towels had hair on them and the pillows were very flat."

"To begin with, the room I was assigned to was not made up — it was filthy, in fact - with bedsheets on the ground and food on the tables. Strangely, this is the second Wyndham resort I’ve been to in two days (in two different states) where this had happened! The staff were apologetic and immediately gave me a different room. While this one was properly made up, it was not clean. Garbage in the shower, a dirty pillow and the floors squeaked. Oh and the Wifi barely worked the entire time. But the kicker was when I went to get the “free breakfast” that was included. I was told by the staff that they were looking at a new breakfast program and didn’t have anything currently. Then why advertise it on Expedia?? One of the reasons I chose this location was because of the free breakfast and I would like to be compensated for this. Finally, I returned to my room after finding out there was no breakfast only to have my room key not working. The management of this property needs to make some serious changes. I’ll never come back here again. "

"If I could rate this hotel a zero star, I would rate it a negative 10. The room was disgusting. Stains on pillow sheets, bedding, towels in bathroom, the floor had crumbs all over it, the dresser had food crumbs, the wall had red stains on them, there was hair in the sheets and handprints on the headboard. The bathroom had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and was completely untouched in terms of being cleaned. The window to outside was open, allowing bugs to get in. The housekeeper was pushing around an Aldi cart full of trash bags. The process of trying to get a refund, since we left immediately, has been nothing short of a disaster. We were charged $180 and now we cannot get in contact with the hotel as they will not answer their phone and have no voicemail set up. If your only choice was to stay here or sleep in your car, your car would be a 5 star Hilton compared to this hotel.... Any review in the year of 2026 that is positive is 1000% the management trying to save their butts and is 1000% a lie. @CDC shut this hotel down."

"I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West, 22115 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44126, from May 7–12, 2026. Unfortunately, the room conditions were unacceptable. Issues included a noisy air conditioning unit, dirty toilet, broken bathroom exhaust fan, non-working lamp, flickering TV, stained bedding that appeared to contain blood, a door that would not shut properly, and no hangers available for clothing. In addition, the breakfast quality was very poor, with cold eggs and sausages that had to be reheated in the microwave. This was an awful experience from start to finish, especially for a Wyndham-branded property. Based on the conditions we experienced, I can honestly say that I will never stay at this location again."
