"This property is in a convenient location and once was very nice but has, unfortunately, not been well maintained. The terrace had 5 cm of standing water due to a drainage issue and cans of cigarette butts and so was unusable. The overall cleanliness was not good when we arrived. We complained and they did send someone to make it a bit better thus three stars instead of two. We have stayed in several Dutch short term rentals and this one wasn’t up to the usual standard."

"The place was meh. 1. The people below smoked and it fills the apartment with odour. That was the worst. 2. The place is strategically located, however just that corner is sketchy. Never however did it feel unsafe if i came home before nightime. 3. The owner said that broom was not included in rental which is ridiculous. We couldn’t clean ourselves the apartment that was dusty under the beds. (There was no soap for clothes, not salt and pepper, etc. Its missing a few things). That was annoying...

"The facilities of the hotel are excellent. The only shame is the woodland cabins appear to be removing the kids playground. The reception staff at check in weren't very helpful, we had a tiring train journey and just needed a run around for the boys but they suggested outside of the hotel, they didn't realise they had a playground. Outside of the hotel, little Switzerland is lovely in the woods but there needed better pedestrian access from the hotel. The pool indoors is great, we had kids so couldn't g outside, but meant the indoors was great for the kids. The robot was a bit of a shame, we wanted to use for ice cream but if the phone is on mute you won't know it's there and we ended up with it an hour late, melted and no refund. Restaurant in the hotel - all the food is lovely, very tasty and something for most people."
