"The "shared common area" with 7 private rooms is a great set up. The property is beautiful, and the place is very well stocked with everything you'll need. A great location for a larger group to book the entire venue. We plan to return with a group for Ronde van Vlaanderen. "

"PassaDia is a really cozy and newly renovated bed and breakfast. Very comfortable and the owner is really lovely and accommodating! There are also small and really cute goats in the garden, making it such a sweet place for families! And the breakfast is great too! Highly recommend :)"

"Oliver was an excellent host! Greeted us at property upon arrival. Restocked our room with water and coffee daily. I fell in love w the pillow in our room. I was unable to find the store online to purchase my own. Oliver went and got one for me to take home. Kind, cozy, clean and quiet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Felt like home. "

"Wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was quick and clear. Lots of thought put in to additional touches. Would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Ghent."

"Coffee cups were very small and not a lot of milk left for a room for three people. They also said we had taken soda water and tried to charge us which we didn’t."
"We booked a 2 twin room and we were given an accessible room with a queen/double and a twin. Room was clean but a little dated. Air conditioner was on a timer that would cut out at night and we were there during a heat wave so it did get quite warm even at night. Walkable to all the sights in the area (castle, towers, etc.). Tram system also stops nearby. Overall good stay."
"Fantastic, artistically designed and spacious room and wonderful amenities including glorious roof terrace with a cute little pool. Lovely sunset views over the city. We weren't convinced the bottom bunk had had it's sheets changed as there were a couple of hairs on it but by and large it was a super hotel in a really beautiful building. It is around 20 mins walk to the centre but a nice safe walk."
"I went to Belgium for the first time with my wife and kids from London. I drove all the way. Hotel staff was kind enough to offer me to park as soon I come. This allowed me.to park and go around city before our check in time. Room.was very spacious and very clean. We all had fantastic sleep. The only downside was, sofa bed made creaking noise when one moves. That should be fixed as that disturbs sleep. It didnt matter too much in the end because we were dead tired, but surely got noticed. Parking is spacious and easy. There is a tram 15 mins away which takes you to city centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was wonderful. Would recommend."
"Very bad stay. This hotel does NOT have a real aircondition as stated on their details. It’s rather a central fan that was not working and when I asked the receptionist they said it’s better just to open the window. You can imagine the nosie ang bugs when you leave the window open trying to get some sleep.
The shower is an open area into the room - no door."
"Quiet and comfortable stay with all the amenities including a bottle of water for each guest. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a hotel near the train station to explore Ghent and nearby cities such as Bruges."
