Die Wohnung ist vollständig und perfekt, mit viel Charme ausgerüstet in einer unglaublich ruhigen Umgebung. Man muss einigermassen mobil sein, sein Material bis zum Haus und die Treppen hoch tragen zu können. Parkplätze waren (ausserhalb der Saison) an jedem Tag zu finden. Witzige Bauweise, bei der die Wohnungen und Zimmer wie Waben aufeinander und miteinander am Hang „kleben“. Ausstattung der FeWo ist gut. Schöner Balkon mit Klasse Aussicht. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und vorallem sehr sauber. Highlight war die Aussicht auf den See und den Inseln Brissago. Meine Kinder (3 & 1) fühlten sich sehr wohl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf gibt es leider sehr wenig. Den einzigen Lebensmittelladen ist bis 13 Uhr geöffnet. Es gibt aber eine grosse Auswahl an Restaurants. Der Blick auf den See ist einfach traumhaft, die Lage in Ronco gut und die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet und top sauber. The apartment was immaculately clean and fully equipped (including sharp knives in the kitchen). Lovely view over lake Maggiore from a sheltered balcony. We didn’t know the region beforehand so didn’t realise how high above the lake Ronco is (approx 800 stairs if you walk from Porto Ronco!) so we were quite dependent on the car to go for hikes/shopping/swimming etc - but if I’d done more research I would have realised this. Lovely things to do in the area - hiking in Valle Maggia and Valle Verzasca, swimming in the lido di Ascona and Lugano, walking round the town... we had a lovely time!
