Hi Amy, I'm so sorry to hear your stay with us hasn't been as good as your previous stays. We provide doggy welcome packs to all dogs staying with us providing they have been added onto the booking. I have just looked on your booking and their were no mention of you bringing your dogs. The 15 dog charge covers the cleaning cost and the doggie welcome pack. If you don't have your dogs with you at the time of check in and get them from the car after you have received your key we don't know that they have arrived. If you had mentioned this once you had got to your room we would have happily have added the dogs to your booking and provided you with your welcome pack. The housekeepers hang out their cloth's in the garden on their airer when the weather is nice so they don't need to be tumble dried, this is the only place we have sunlight out the back which is why this location is used, we haven't had complaints before about this. After all the rain we have had they were taking full advantage of getting their washing dried outside.The space right at the back is our staffing area and is used for staff to take their breaks. I will have a chat with the team and see if we can reposition where they sit so they are more out of sight. I do apologise that their was rubbish outside, again I will speak to the team to ensure this doesn't happen again. The Cosy rooms are on the warm side. We have air conditioning units in the room and Dyson fans, if you find the rooms too warm, water and ice are available on request to top up the air conditioning units. We strongly suggest our Comfy rooms or indulgence rooms for any guests who struggle with the heat, this procedure has been in place even when Sean was here. Hi Stephen, I'm sorry to hear your stay wasn't what you were hoping for. Unfortunately, our Cosy rooms are on the warm side. We do provide air conditioning units in these particular rooms and ice and water is available upon request at reception, we also provide Dyson fans. As the room is on the roadside we do provide earplugs to ensure you get a good night's sleep. I'm sorry nobody asked how you found your stay. Feedback is always greatly appreciated so we can continue to improve as a business so thank you for your comments. If you would like to come back I would strongly suggest our Comfy or Indulgence rooms, these are situated at the back of the hotel, the windows fully open and if they face the field so they are nice quiet rooms. Unfortunately, regular and vegetarian sausages are the only ones on our breakfast menu at the moment.Gluten free bread is available on request, If you had requested some and we were unable to provide this then the gluten free bread would have ran out on this particular morning.
