The property was nice. A lot of interstate road noise which can be expected. First night there was a lot of noise in the hallway- doors closing loudly multiple times. Otherwise our stay was very good.

This hotel needs a massive update. The bedding was in terrible condition. The duvet was full of lumps (I think batting inside was in clumps). I considered moving to a different hotel. The front desk staff was helpful.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THIS HOTEL!!! The staff was wonderful, they all seemed to enjoy their jobs and working together, the food was excellent, rooms were comfy and clean. The facility was impeccable! The only reason I did not give this a full five stars is because they use some kind of cleaning product or something that is so incredibly strong smelling, that I was bothered by it. So if you can handle a smell that smells like a gigantic glade plug-in, this is the place for you!

Brought our dog for $30 extra. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. Did not try the pool or workout room but looked decent. Room was clean. No problems, easy stay.

Check in was fast. Front desk attendant was very helpful and nice. Quiet & clean room. Just wish the pillows were bigger (just my preference). Food options are in walking distance. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely will stay again and refer others.

The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was AMAZING. Probably the best hotel breakfast I've had. There were plenty of options and it all tasted so good. The staff was super helpful and friendly. No complaints here!

We stayed for 7 nights. The room was clean, and we asked for cleaning every other day. The staff was helpful and friendly. Location was close to everything we needed. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of options. There was eggs, sausage, potatoes, breads and bagels, fresh fruit, milk and juice and more!

There are other reservations within the 3rd party platform that provide a more relaxed cancelation clause which does permit for flexibility. Hotel is an older property but it is nicely kept. Cleaned and well maintained. Had no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was great; fast enough WiFi for me to work for several hours, and reasonably clean. The shower was slightly broken, but a call to the front desk resulted in a quick resolution. I stayed during a snowstorm in January 2024, and was worried about whether my rental car would be able to get out. Fortunately, the plow service the hotel used was terrific, and my car was accessible for my entire stay there.

Soundproofing isn’t the best so you can hear doors slamming and kids ramming around more than some hotels. I would definitely stay here again though. Everything else was great for the pricepoint.

Great place overall
I stayed here on 12/31/23 to 1/2/24. Overall, this place is great, and I would stay here again. I was traveling with my dog, and the pet fee was very reasonable. If traveling with a pet, be sure to call first and ask about the pet policy and what type of room to book, because they won't allow dogs in the rooms with jacuzzi tub. The TV is not "smart" so bring a streaming device. The pool was locked early on Monday night. The breakfast was great, though they use disposable items. The room was clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
