  • Relax in an elegant, newly renovated open-concept space, nestled among the greenery of Monteverde and just a few minutes from Trastevere and Rome’s historic centre. There are plenty of free on-street parking spots available.
    The space
    FILO GUESTHOUSE features a double bed equipped with high and low pillows for each guest and a mattress with a built-in topper.

    The bright living room is equipped with every comfort, including a double sofa bed, a Smart TV with access to all streaming platforms, and a very comfortable round table with four chairs.

    The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and washing machine.

    The private bathroom with a window features a spacious shower with a relaxation seat and is equipped with a hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

    Guest Access
    The house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, while the well-maintained and peaceful outdoor area is shared exclusively with the other guesthouse we manage. (Panti Guesthouse).
