A $250 fine will be applied to the credit card on file, and a damage report will be filed for any violation of this policy. This means you may encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This includes squirrels, deer, raccoons, mice, spiders, mosquitos, foxes, spotted lanternflies, flies, plant mites, skunks, ticks, bees, wasps, crickets, ants, frogs, snakes, various bugs, and other creatures. They reside in nature and we have no control over them. We clean and inspect everything before you arrive and we have routine pest control, but we do not have any control over their adventures. As an occasional bug may try to follow you inside, please use care when opening and closing doors, since no refunds will be issued for Mother Nature getting in the house. Georgia has a season when mosquitos do come out. Everything on the property is treated professionally, but please bring bug spray if you are sensitive ✔ MAINTENANCE: All maintenance is normally performed prior to your arrival, but we reserve the right to conduct routine maintenance if necessary. Please notify us of any maintenance issues or if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified immediately. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, you are authorizing us to enter the property and fix the stated issue to solve the problem.
