I’ve stayed at several Sonder properties in the US. I figured I would get the same great experience in Rome so I booked this place. The staff were wonderful but the condition of the room was far from a 4-star property. The bathroom smelled like it was a public restroom. I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. The shower needs repairing. The floor in the room was dirty and grimy.

Excellent hotel, in new condition. Great room, large (for Europe), clean and very complete bathroom. Staff was always attentive and professional. The location is excellent, walkable, few blocks from Plaza Spagna, Parteon and Fontana de trevi. Many restaurants in the area. All along 5 Stars

One of the receptionist was really helpful and accommodating. I believe he was British. Bathroom needed service and needed to get painted. Overall location was great and room was comfortable.

The rooftop terrace was a great addition to the property. The breakfast options varied. There was something for everyone. The espresso and other coffee drinks were delicious. The hotel is a boutique hotel with a charming and responsive staff. The marble staircase is beautiful and winds to the top floor of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and well maintained. I would be haply to return.

Excellent stay. Extremely helpful desk staff. Location was perfect to use Metro and near Spanish Steps and Treve Fountain. Many eating establishments nearby (right outside the entry door). Morning breakfast was wonderful with terrace and wonderful woman serving breakfast with a smile.

Nice hotel with excellent beds and quiet. Good breakfast on the terrace too with a beautiful view. On the downside when we checked we were told breakfast was included in our reservation, but when we checked out we were charged. Also the housekeeping declined daily. On the 3ed of 4th days, we did not get coffee or tea same with the fourth. Also, they did not replace toilet paper, which I had to go get. And the AC was either freezing or I had to turn it off. So overall, it's a nice hotel, but with a few problems

We found the location and staff to be really very good. We cover a lot of the city on 4 days, all by foot and were happy with our choice of the Sonder hotel. We recommend this place and will return again soon.

A good Roman stay
I really enjoyed the staff at this hotel. Each person I interacted with was kind, pleasant & helpful. There were a couple of issues/ repairs that were dealt with promptly. I wish that the bathroom had shelves for toiletries. I had to keep everything in my suitcase which took longer to get ready. I also expected more amenities for the price. There wasn't any body lotion, shower cap--just gel, shampoo & conditioner. I felt that for the price, breakfast should have been included. I stayed in Florence for €300 less & it had all sorts of amenities, including breakfast. But overall, I enjoyed the stay mainly for the location & wonderful staff.

I loved that the hotel is a boutique and only had 15 rooms. It is also in such a great location, conveniently located to everything. They have a rooftop terrace where they have breakfast in the mornings, but the best part is the coffee station and water station that is complimentary and accessible 24 hours a day. The whole staff was friendly, especially the lady that does the breakfast. The only downside to the hotel was that the room smelled like dirty sewer water the whole time.

We loved this charming little hotel. The roof-top breakfast terrace was an added bonus. The room was comfortable and quiet, the staff was wonderful. An added bonus was the great location. Next door is a pharmacy, across the street is a supermarket, hair salon, shops, etc. The street also has several small eateries with street-side dining. Just sit back, relax and enjoy.

We stayed a week at this property and the staff was great. Very attentive and showed care. The last two days we were there there was a few new faces at the front desk but they were also very nice. The property is walkable to the Spanish steps which is around many shops and restaurants. They’re also located next to a pharmacy, ATM, and convenience store which was helpful.

Great location, comfortable/stylish rooms, and friendly staff. Loved that the the TV had access to Netflix for those early mornings when we were still jet lagged and it was too early to go anywhere. The rooftop terrace was so lovely, and breakfast options (only available for an additional 12 Euros) were great. The shower felt a little dirty/old and could have been in better condition, but otherwise the place was clean.

The location is perfect, the staff is so friendly and they helped us with everything we asked. However the hardware of the hotel is a bit wore out. Overall it’s a great hotel and we will be back!

Great location, walking distance from Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and many restaurants. An affordable taxi drive to other attractions. Hotel staff helped us ordering taxis. Really liked the option to text the front desk. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very cute and clean. Solid wifi. Modern hotel in great condition. Breakfast was not included, cost was €12 and made with love. Rooftop is quite nice and this is where we had breakfast. Highly recommend!
