Paola with Guest Relations went above and beyond to check in with our family and whatever needs we had…including investigating a missing piece of luggage left at the hotel. She also during our stay entertained our 5 year old daughter to ease her into our arrival. One of the best in the service, I’ll say! Thanks for all that you do, Paola!! Be well.

The staff was great especially Elise. However the rooms are filled with dust, especially under the bed. I spend 2 nights out of the 3 without being able to sleep coughing and chest tightness due to a huge amount of dust pilled up under the bed and the bed sheets being dusty as well.

Proximity to the main attractions was good. However, the room was really dusty due to their ventilation system, the bathrooms need deeper cleaning and staff/customers noisy in the corridor as we could always hear doors movement and people talking.

This is a lovely, well cared for and well serviced hotel in the Borgese neighborhood. The staff made a tremendous effort to arrange early room access for my family since we had young children, and the room for four worked beautifully and included two bathrooms. The furnishings were comfortable and clean, and the staff all friendly and responsive. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will certainly book here in the future.

The room photos on the booking site did not represent the hideous multi-motif room we were given. We reserved a queen family room (with a pullout bed) but got single beds. The breakfast was edible but not fresh, good, or tasty. The staff were obviously not happy to be working there. The cost of the room was very, very high compared to the value/quality. Will never stay here again. Recommend you look elsewhere.

Our accommodations were excellent. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. The location of the hotel was wonderful. We walked to the Spanish Steps and the Borghesi Gardens. We would be very happy to stay here on our next trip to Rome.

The area is not so tourist friendly as you have to cross a high traffic road, in order to get to the Spanish steps. Also, the staff was not very friendly and welcoming.

Lots of minor complaints add up to a negative review. Terribly long check in, rooms of traveling companions not on same floor as requested multiple times, three different elevators to get to the room, lighting inadequate, hallways all painted black, no explanation of room or hotel amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel,it was clean,staff were very professional,friendly and helpful.The restaurant was vey nice and the food was good. We definitely will stay here again.

Paid 500 Euros for the room but there was noise with the breaker which staff didnt acknoledge straight away and said it was normal. managed to get another room but amenities was not there and also had similar noise problem with the room. Check in very unhelpfull. I was waiting at the queu when another person just got in front of me and staff didnt care asking that person to go back to the queu. Very dissappointed experience specially such a high price for the room...

Great hotel near Borghese Villa
Room was ready when we arrived at 11:30am after 10+ hours of flying. Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Short walk to Borghese Villa and local restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The hotel is great! The staff is really charming. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are really comfortable. The hotel is not in via Veneto Victorio. It is closed but it is on a highway. You have to walk 4 blocks to be in the walled citi.

The location was the best! Easy to get a taxi within 5 minutes. They have great breakfast options on property. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rome was very hot and the air conditioning in our room was not working. It took 3 phone calls and a visit to the front desk to get the room changed. Poor overall communication and the second room was not a comparable room in size or view.
