This guesthouse is in a great location that is close to public transportation and is also located in a lovely neighborhood. My mother and I stayed for a week and truly felt at home when returning to our room at the end of the day. We had a beautiful balcony overlooking the street with a beautiful view. Ana was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. They even have a washer/dryer that can be used for a small fee which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Rome!

Good location and lovely amenities
Located in a quiet neighborhood, private and safe. Out host was very informative - ideas where to go, what to see and how to get around. A refrigerator full of water, yogurt, fruit was always available at no extra cost. The room was clean, comfortable. We highly recommend if you are staying several days in Rome - its a home away from home!

A nossa hospedagem foi ótima. A Ana nos recebeu muuito bem, foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa. O local é muito limpo e com fácil acesso ao transporte público.

Man fühlt sich einfach wie zu Hause. Morgens auf dem Balkon einen Kaffee trinken und die Ruhe genießen. Anna und Miriam sind zauberhaft. Montaverde ist ein wunderschönes Viertel. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Wir sind ausschliesslich mit dem Bus gefahren (Linie 44 ). Man braucht gutes Schuhwerk. In knapp 4 Tagen sind wir ca. 60 km gelaufen, aber es hat sich gelohnt und wir wollten auch viel sehen, eben nicht nur die speziellen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns auf das italienische Leben eingelassenen. Es waren unvergessliche Tage. Wir kommen wieder und werden auch dieses Gästehaus buchen.

L'accueil a été excellent . Notre hôtesse nous a donné tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin spécialement concernant les transports. L'arrêt d'autobus était très proche de notre logement. Le seul problème que nous avons trouvé c'était l'attente des bus. En ce qui concerne Miriam Guesthouse, je recommande vivement cet établissement, très propre, une grande chambre confortable et à notre disposition des bouteilles d'eau, du café et différentes choses pour le petit déjeuner.

Sono Stato per due notti con la mia ragazza di Taiwan, ci è piaciuto tantissimo, la casa è pulita e accogliente. Il personale parla perfetto inglese ed è disponibile, la colazione inclusa. Vicino alle fermate del tram a soli due minuti a piedi. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Charmantes Guesthouse in ruhiger Lage.
Anna hat und super lieb empfangen und in der ganzen Zeit liebevoll verwöhnt. Wir waren 6 Nächte dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jeden Tag saubere Zimmer. Frische Handtücher nach Bedarf. Alle Fragen wurden bestens beantwortet. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, 5 Sterne.

Zeer prettig verblijf. Niet duur
Miriam is een zeer lieve gastvrouw! De kamer was zeer mooi en schoon. Leuk balconnetje. Ontbijtfaciliteiten waren prima,zelfs op de eigen kamer. Openbaar vervoer op einde van de straat. Goed om te doen, 15 min van het centrum. 5 geweldige dagen gehad. Weer was nog lekker warm!

We thought that the staff and Miriam were very helpful and accommodating. The decor in the rooms was quite sweet and different than what you usually see in hotels and it was very clean. There was always bottled water and small snacks available during the days. Miriam responded in good time whenever we had a question or a problem. The place has good Wi-Fi. There was a little bit of trouble with the breaker going out from time to time when everyone was running their AC at night but all you had to do was just go into the hall and reset it. The guest house is in a very good location with a pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, bus stop and metro all nearby. One guest room was not en suite, but instead had a private bathroom that was across the hall, which you have your own key for. It's a bit inconvenient but it never caused us trouble.

Vivienda de alquiler turístico lejos del centro.
Muy amables en todo pero ojo que se cobra por todo. Es una habitación en una vivienda que han hecho hotel. Está limpia.

Heerlijk rustig guesthouse
Heerlijk rustig guesthouse op zo'n 20 min van het centrum. Bushalte is om de hoek. Vriendelijke en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Bij ons hielp Anna ons fantastisch met bus nummers, tips ed. De kamer was super; goed bed, lekker balkon, prima badkamer, wifi, airco en iedere dag meer dan voldoende flesjes koud water, spullen voor het ontbijt, tot zelfs lekkere koekjes en snoepjes, enz. Tip; dineren in Restaurant Eden, straat achter het guesthouse.

El recibimiento en el hotel fue de lo mejor. Ana nos esperaba, nos enseñó la habitación y sobre mapa nos explicó todo lo necesario para movernos por Roma: autobuses, qué ver, cómo volver, etc. El hotel es muy tranquilo y a 20 min en bus del centro de Roma. Nuestra estancia fue muy positiva
