We arrived, and the daytime front desk man made us feel like we were a bother. We went up to our room. One of our power outlets didn't work. The shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling had extensive water damage, and was stained and mildewed. We reported the shower head, and they promised to have it fixed the next day. What they actually did was turn the nozzle so that the spray went on the back wall, and left three little black washers on the shower ledge. The walls in our bedroom, and the hallways were badly scratched up, in need of repainting. They were doing renovations of some sort outside our bedroom window, and we heard jack hammers and men climbing scaffolding early each morning. Our view out the window was toward an alley of some sort, very trashy, with other windows across the way, about 15 feet. The breakfast was disappointing. They must have used a GoPro to take the pictures for the web, because the actual lobby and rooms are not even close to being so roomy. It took us two times to get our luggage up and down the elevator, because it was only big enough for two people.
