The front desk person was great ! Your hotel needs serious repair . While the sheets were nice and clean . The bathroom had mold on the walls . Don’t think we can recommend this one :((

Our sea-view balcony was nearly as big as our entire room! We loved watching the sunset from our room. And one of the only public beaches is directly across from the hotel, which made it really easy and convenient to get down to the water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

I have family nearby and this was a short stop to see them with my 4 year old daughter... first we had no milk and when I asked I was made to feel rather illy for asking ''as they don't use milk in Italy for milk'' and them the shower tray was blocked and so flooded the bathroom... again when telling staff they first asked me to use my towel to mop up with, so I replied with ''what shall I use to dry myself with, dont you have a mop'' ... subsequently the receptionist arrived with hand towels and asked me to ''dry up the bathroom'' which I kindly declined as we where leaving... when we returned nothing had been done about the leak nor the wet floor which was left for the next 20hours until we left... utterly appaling customer service

Clean, but old and dated.
The room was clean but everything seemed dated and old. For example, around the bottom of the shower cubicle there was some tape to hold it on. Also, the rooms were not soundproofed so you could hear people in the next room snoring! When I told the receptionist about the problem with the remote control it was fixed the next day.

Room small but clean & fairly comfortable, balcony & sea view a lovely bonus. Breakfast was basic but adequate. In quieter area of town but few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Reception staff were very helpful. Good covid precautions in place.

Our room smelled of sewage. We reported to the front desk and they claimed they did not smell it. Claimed there were no other rooms, but many had not checked it. If there was no problem, they could have put someone else in that room, but that should have confirmed the problem. Because the safe was also broken, we stated we did not want ANYONE in our room. When we returned from dinner, the windows were open and our belongings were moved and tossed about the room. It was midnight, however, at that point we no longer felt safe or secure with this property. We packed and left never top return! WE WILL NOT STAY OR RECOMMEND HERE. THEY DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH OR RESPECT GUESTS REQUESTS! WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND AS WE PREPAID.

at the arrival our customer called the receptionist complaining about bad smell in the room. the receptionist did not agrre on what customer were stating as she could not smell what customer were saiyng. customer asked for a sea view room that we did not have as we were fully booked . Customer is also complining about a broken safe wich is not true as we checked..Customer went out at about 9 pm and the receptionist went to the room with another colleague to check if there was was any bad smell but both could not smell of anything but they opened the window just to let get some fresh air in the room. Customer came back later and said nothing to the night receptionist and after nearly one hour were running away from the hotel without a word to the person in charge. The receptionist went to check the room and found something spectral. All the room was filled up with alcohol ( bed, floor, table and everything els) The mirror was taken away from the wall and put on the floor. the morning after at the sight of the room i was intending to call police as i never seen such a vandal action in a room. These cuostomer were surely not happy with a standard room that they booked for their honeymoon but tuhis cannot be our fault.

It’s ok for its price. Don’t rely on the hotel shuttle much, it’s not reliable; order a taxi yourself, or you end up paying 25€ per person.

Good for short stays
Okay hotel for a short stay. The hotel is nearby the public beach wich was perfect. The service was good. The best part with this stay was the driver who drove us to the AirPort! A quick drive and sightseeing too buy a very nice man :-)

The bedroom was way too small. Pictures are deceiving. I had to get on the bed so my husband could pass through to go to the bathroom. Bathroom was extremely small and the bathroom towels were like cut up bed sheets. They were not towels. WIFI is horrible and slow. The bedroom was clean though

On the beach & 20 minutes to the Rome airport.
The hotel is well located just across the street from the beach. We chose an ocean view room with a large balcony and were pleased with the view. There was lots of on street parking in front of the hotel, a real plus for us. On the negative side, the bedspread in the room was worn and past its "best before date" . I know I should loose a little weight however this is the first hotel in the world I have stayed in that I could not fit through the shower door. The shower itself was a standard European size however the doors were poorly designed. We chose Ostia given its proximity to the Rome Airport. On an early Saturday it was around 20 minutes by car, a real plus.

Location is the key
Across the beach with great views but few blocks away from the madness that goes on during the summer months. In winter time; the train station is 2 blocks away and it's remote enough where you can hop on and still find a seat. 35 minutes to Piramide; then get on the next train to Termini.....if you choose to. Any stops from Piramide will take you anywhere in Rome. You just need to have the energy to walk; that's the best way to learn about Rome. The cost during non-peak hours is 3euros round trip!!!!:):) Same block to go to the station is Falco d'Oro for your pizza lovers! Across the street is the Gelateria....amazing to say the list! Enjoy

Very disappointing....never again!
We chose this hotel because of the price and location was across from the water and thought we may have some nice views on our last night in Italy before leaving the next morning from Fiumicino airport which is less than 10km. If you are driving from the city of fuimicino, it takes a long time during rush hour traffic. There is only one bridge to cross, and you need to cross twice to get to this hotel. It was a bit easier in the morning and easy to drive to the airport. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and tried very hard to accommodate us. Easy parking, a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was decent....staff was not friendly. The hotel apparently underwent some renovations. We found the hallway and room to be very drab due to cement grey floors! The bedroom was clean with newer furniture and the bed was comfortable. The room was set up as a double plus a single...did not provide enough room for a couple to walk around comfortably. Only had one chair to sit in, was provided with a second making the room even harder to navigate. The safe was locked and no one was able to open it at the time for us. We found the bathroom to be dirty, shower tracks need a good cleaning, the toilet rocks, two plastic glasses were provided, one was dirty. Did not feel safe walking around the area in search of some restaurants. On the nearby streets, garbage was spilling out of containers and there was a great deal of litter around.

The young lady on the desk in the late afternoon, early evening was superb; she was our angel in that we needed directions to a certain business and she printed off a map for us to follow. Stunning service, for which she should be commended.

Disappointing venue
Not the best hotel - the room was clean and tidy, however, I paid extra for a sea view which was non existent. The staff were not the most helpful and seemed disinterested when I mentioned about the view/room. Provided a shuttle service to the nearby airport, however this cost more than what a taxi would have cost so beware of this. Do not stay if you want to visit the attractions Rome has to offer - completely out the way, however I booked this for convenience to the airport.

There's a party just outside the door!
Really, there is a party in the green area just in front of the hotel, and it's loud. This is great if you are in it, but if you want to sleep before 3 am, ask for a room in the rear of the hotel. The hotel was very willing to change my room for me, but unfortunately, they only had a tiny room with a single bed left, so I opted to stay where I was and suffered through it. The bed and pillows were hard, and I prefer soft, but this isn't a complaint, just a matter of personal preference. The floors are concrete as someone else mentioned, but given the amount of sand that is dragged back, can't blame them for this. The decor was very cute and beachy in the room. The common areas could use an update. In my opinion, this hotel is a good destination for young people who come to the shore for a party weekend. For more mature guests, a little more comfort and quiet would be better.

Convenient location to beach, restaurants and shop
For a vacation on a budget, this was a very good choice. It was very near the metro and only a 40 minute ride into the center of Rome.

Lorsque je suis rentré dans la chambre, il faisait froid. Le chauffage est une clim qui s'arrête au bout de 5min max. Lorsque je suis allé voir la réception avant d'aller diner, on m'a dit qu' il allait vérifier. En revenant, il a juste coupé le disjoncteur et m'a dit de voir si ca remarche sinon de prendre une couverture supplémentaire dans la commode...mais il n'y avait pas de couverture dedans.
