The location is near U.S. Embassy. The area is very safe, quiet and close to the Borghese Museum. Bus and metro are nearby. The hotel doormen are very polite and friendly. The hotel is clean and shining. The room is very spacious. I was amazed to see how luxurious the bathroom is with beautiful marble floor and countertops, heated tower racks. etc. Looks like luxury is just daily routine to Roman and the love of stone is in their genes. LOL. There are two room service per day. The evening service put towels in front of each side of the bed and put slippers on the towels. Very considerate. I didn't try the SPA but it looks very cozy. I recommended highly the hotel to all my friends. It was such a pleasant time.

The staff was very attentive. We were treated to a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. There was a room service done twice a day and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location is fantastic for walkability to everything. They will call for a taxi if you need one.

the hotel wound up costing over 700 euros per night meanwhile as i was there they were advertising the hotel at 376 euros per nite.. i would have stayed at the majestic hotel or the excelsior for that money..

Great location, professioanl and friendly staff. Building is kept very clean. Staffs were always there to make us feel at home. I found amentities scent a little bit strong for me but that's a personal preference. Overall, we loved staying at this hotel. We will definitely go back when we are back in Rome.

Beware of hidden extra charges: we booked 2 superior plus rooms advertised as '1 Queen bed plus 1 sofa bed' each, which we booked after using the Expedia search function with 3 adults and 3 kids aged 8, 6 and 3 years. Just because we only typed in the adult names for the rooms, we were surprised that the hotel charged us 55 EUR extra per night per room as the kids names were not listed. We ended up paying 330 EUR extra for 3 nights (!) which we consider fraudulent for a room advertised as having a sofa bed included. After complaining to the manager we got rude explanations and excuses and we had to wait for 1 hour at 5 pm even to get our rooms in the first place. Explanation given to us was that the breakfast for the kids was not included in the 2000 plus EUR we paid for the 3 nights for 2 rooms. Better off booking a Sofitel with a nicer roof terrace next door with no hidden charges.

Super location, super breakfasts, super spa, anyone traveling by car remembers an expensive parking lot of 65 euros per day. In for the money, one of the best offers.

I will never stay at this hotel again
This Hotel is the worst and most demanding hotel I have ever stayed in my life.I booked the room from July 4th through July 7th 2019 for three adults. We arrived late at night and when we arrived I had my 15 years old child with me and did not know that I had to mention him as well in reservation. When we arrived the reception manager who was very route and rough, did not let me go to the room, even I offered to pay extra for my child he did not do it and at 1;00 AM made me to go to another hotel and separate from my family. Then in the morning manager in charge made me pay extra 450 euros per night for a child. Please if you read this review never stay at this hotel. This hotel is not a five star hotel and the rooms are very small. Please stay away from this hotel for your vacation if you want to see Rom

You made a reservation for a triple room but you were 4 and we unfortunately could not accomodate you to another room for 4 people. It is very important to make a correct booking or you risk to incur in inconvenient situations which are regretful also for us. The day after we had a junior suite available and we applied the extra charge for the change of category and the fourth person: regular procedure, nothing more. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further clarification you may need. Hotel is also within walking distance from several attractions. Well decorated (ancient style) and good cleanness standards. The room was really nice and spacious, really good bath robes 😂

The property is in a very nice, upscale neighborhood. Our room and bath were very nice. Breakfast was included every morning and they made great cafe lattes! We would definitely stay here again.
