The property was in a good location that made it easy to get around to some of the main attractions in Rome about a 15-45 minute walk depending on where you’re going. There are restaurants close by which make it easy to get food. It’s also close to the central train and bus station which makes it easy to get around. The rooms are decent if you’re looking for a budget friendly place to stay. A few of the negatives are that it is hard to find as there are 5 floors and each floor has its own of hotel with different owners which could be confusing. The AC also was not working and they did not have a reception on site.

The location is great and it’s super affordable but the fact that is cheap comes with its downfalls. I was flying 11 hours and when I was doing a layover I get a whatsup message from the hotel saying I needed to do the check in right away otherwise I WAS GOING TO LOOSE THE RESERVATION, that freaked me out and luckyly I managed to get on the wifi and get the whole check in done through a link right before the flight took off. Again I understand this is needed but couldn’t they just email me a few days before, instead of hours before? The building doesn’t have a name in the entrance and there’s not a reception or even an office. Breakfast is literally a coffee and a croissant. I got another message about the city taxes which I knew I needed to pay but the “ office” was only opened from 9 until 2 and I was leaving early in the morning and coming back late at night so I asked if there was another way to pay and they said just leave the money in the room but I thought that was and odd way to pay so I said I needed a receipt, they sent me a link and I tried to pay but the wifi was so weak it wouldn’t work so I decided I was going to pay the next day, I was exploring Rome when I get a message from the hotel saying if I didn’t pay right away they were going to put my bags in the reception ( please note this was not my last day) I freaked again and had to run to find wifi somewhere in the city and pay the taxes, again this could have been handled differently, perhaps at check in.

Recensione Creativa, ti abbiamo contattato da prima del tuo arrivo chiedendoti di passare in reception, ci hai risposto "passo domani", poi hai fatto lo stesso il giorno dopo, il tuo ultimo giorno di soggiorno ti ho messo alle strette e dopo 5 min hai provveduto al pagamento.dovresti provare un minimo di vergogna

ホテルの看板的なものがなく探すのに時間がかかった。受付にも誰もおらず電話する羽目になったが始めの2回はすぐに切られ、3回目の電話でようやくチェックインがしたいということと名前を伝えると何も言わずに切られ、ショートメールで部屋番号とキーボックスの暗証番号が送られてきてその鍵で開けてくれとのこと。ここまででホテルに着いてから40分以上かかった。部屋は綺麗だったが、エアコンは機能しない、セキュリティボックスはない、水周りは異臭がする、シャワーが弱すぎる、2泊中1度もルームクリーニングがなくタオルも使い回した。朝食を付けてたがホテルから10分弱の小さなカフェまで行かなきゃ行けなかったので不便だった。アクセスの良さと値段で決めたが料金が高くなっても違う所にするべきでした。

Mala experiencia con este alojamiento. Reservamos la Habitación de diseño 504 y nos asignaron la Habitación City 503, que es de menor precio e inferior categoría. Sólo cuando reclamamos, nos realojaron en la habitación 504 contratada a partir de la segunda noche. El establecimiento se ha negado a reembolsar la diferencia de precio de la primera noche. Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente. No recomendable en este sentido.

Huone siisti, mutta erittäin kylmä, suihkuvesi jääkylmää. Hissi toimi välillä ja kerrostiloja remontoitiin koko ajan. Huone käytiin siivoamassa päivittäin. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Aamupala toisessa rakennuksessa ja aamupalan kuului vain yksi kahvi ja yksi makea leivos. Aamupalapaikka ei ollut auki aina auki sovituin aikatauluin. Ei voi kutsua aamupalaksi ja kahvilan työntekijöiden käytös hyvin negatiivista.
