Location was ideal for sightseeing and dining. The property over our three day stay suited are needs although no windows and having to eat breakfast in the room wasn’t ideal.

Location, location, location
Wonderful spot. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location worked well for us since we walked to all the major destinations in Rome. The airport and train station are taxi rides but not that bad at all. We ended up checking in later than anticipated so nobody was there to great us, but it was not a problem at all. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and bars at Campo di fiori. A 20 minute walk will get you about anywhere you want to go. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Fabulous hosts in a great location
The room and hosts were amazing and so helpful. We arrived too early for check in but they were more than happy to mind our luggage while we explored the city. We were able to contact the hosts personally to ask about restaurant recommendations, which we did and they were amazing. The breakfast service was lovely and brought to the room. Rooms were modern and very clean. We are looking to book again for our next trip to Rome!

Helpful friendly staff but luckluster premises
On first floor of apartment block, unpleasant entry old gates functioning but old and heavy and well used. There’s a lift but just for one person and maybe squeeze a luggage. Shower was squashed on side on low roof like getting into a coffin.Tight overall with lots of protruding walls to avoid.superficially clean but can see no real full clean for dust above surface area or behind toilet where might not look.Old safe not working properly though was fixed. Would stay again if alone and for convenient quick stop for reasonable price but not in any way a treat.

Warm and friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Great location. Towels were a surprise as they seemed to be made of linen. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh breads, meats and fruit. Would happily stay here again. Thanks again to your staff.

Comfortable rooms in a perfect location. Walking distance to everything and right next store to excellent cafes and restaurants. Fun neighborhood. The property is nice and beds are comfortable. When returning to Rome we will definitely be looking to book here again.

Sensational hotel in fabulous local area
This boutique hotel is a hidden gem. Located in a fabulous local neighbourhood with lots of shops and great restaurants, this small hotel is beautifully renovated within the fabric of the old building. Great breakfasts, wonderful, obliging staff and scrupulously clean, the rooms are spacious and as they appear in photos. The hotel is located on the first floor, with lift access, and is very close (within easy walking distance) to many major tourist sites. It really is a superb find. Stay here if you possibly can. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent home away from home. Our first visit to Rome and this was a superb facility; large room for a European "hotel" from our experience, excellent shower, lovely morning breakfast, wonderful staff and management. Very helpful. Best thing was location - easy to get anywhere in Rome by walking. The only downside was that the room was rather dark, and the noise from the busy street below was often too much - BUT small quibbles as we had a great time and would recommend to friends and hope to return ourselves!

The best spot I found in Rome! Amazing service, beautiful modern room with soft bed, amazing shower, fully renovated. Amazing location in the middle of the city. The hosts were fully multilingual, gracious and just awesome. Do not hesitate to book this spot!

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff - this is a hidden gem in the Campo de Fiori area but also very close to the Jewish Guetto and Trastevere. Highly recommend this place and will stay here again for sure.

I could not have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to Rome. These rooms are located right by Campo d'flori and most things are within walking distance. When we got there our instructions were on paper pinned to the door and were nice and easy to understand. The room itself was a great size. High ceilings and big windows. Lovely bathroom. It was very clean and every day the room was cleaned and bed made. There were coffee making facilities and a small fridge which had free water and cans of drink which was restocked every day. Breakfast was included and between 8-10. You could either eat in the small main area or they brought to your room. It was deliciously huge crossiants, meat/cheese,scrambled egg,toast and tea and coffee and juice. The lady was super helpful throughout the whole trip. Let us keep our luggage there on the last day until our flight. Dont forget there is a tax to pay on checkout. Thank you for an amazing stay in Rome

Unique hotel with only 5 rooms (very clean) in an awesome location within Campo de Fiori. Very close to the market and many delicious and reasonably priced food options. The staff was also exceptional. We would make a point to stay here again.

The room itself is very nice and modern, part of the reason I booked it. I didn't realise it was a type of B&B. Upon arrival, a treasure hunt to find and get in, there was no-one in attendance to greet you (although Hotels.com states the reception is manned 8am to 8pm), so no explanation of where things are, the situation with breakfast etc.. We awoke the next morning to no hot water - luckily we did not have to be on an early tour. Mina the apartment cook & cleaner was terrific, she tried to sort out the water situation, prepared a lovely breakfast, and explained how things work. We finally met the owner on the day of checkout - not very personable at all - which you need to be in this line of business. Some things to consider - there are 5 rooms in this complex, but only two tables with two chairs for breakfast - if all five rooms of guests wanted breakfast at the same time it would be impossible. The tables are small outdoor patio tables and not very sturdy. A better option would be to utilise the space with a larger timber table to have communal breakfast, thereby allowing more guests to be seated. Can I also suggest the use of dinner plates and full size cutlery rather than the bread & butter plates and child size cutlery currently being used. If management is not to be in attendance on your arrival, perhaps they could leave a note as to how breakfast operates - the times, etc. The wifi was terrible, probably typical of the old building. Good location though.

The front desk lady was amazing. She took care of us like we were family, really made us feel at home. I would recommend to anyone staying in Roma! The campo de Fiori area is a perfect spot for a stay. And the prestige rooms are on the heart of Roma

Great Boutique Hotel! Wonderful Stay:)
We are so happy we stayed at Campo De Fiori. It was way to communicate to get into the hotel and they set up a taxi for us. We thought it was fun to have our instructions for the entering the hotel and room waiting for us outside. We liked the room. It was a good size and the air conditioning worked well. We loved the breakfast every morning and Mina was so nice! Unfortunately, the internet wasn’t working the entire time we were there, but we also know the staff needed to use it too and were trying to get it fixed. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends going to Rome! Thank you, Grazie!

Thankful for prior reviews as it can be tricky to find. Closer to arrival they offered to arrange transport from airport. Highly recommend to take that option as the price was right, car was clean, driver spoke English and knew exactly where to go. He walked us to the door and we were good to go from there. Room is in great location walking distance to many great places, service was excellent breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfy, pillows comfy.... can’t say enough about our great experience. I would hesitate to have children here as it has more of an adult only feel. Only issue we encountered was the street was a bit noisy in the evening but out of their control. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great stay!!

The location is amazing, walking distance to most touristic places (Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Fontana di Trevi). Vatican is still on walking distance (23mins!). Mina from the hotel is most kind and helpful. Great breakfast on the spot. Property is small (only five rooms, common area for Breakfast/seating is reduced but to be honest not much is required!) Rooms are beautifully decorated, very modern and comfortable. Would definitely recommend or stay here again! Make sure to WhatsApp them in advance to let them know when you will be checking in as reception does not operate 24/7

Great area perfect for getting around . Mina the hostess was super helpful and makes a great (massive) breakfast! The rooms are clean and comfortable. One small issue was a noisy air conditioning unit outside our room . Once we mentioned this it was switched off at night so we got a better nights sleep

I usually stay in apartments, but because I was staying only one night, I opted for a hotel room. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. The best part was the friendly service. Breakfast was really nice...lots of choice. I was able to leave my bags until I caught the train. Mina, the concierge, is a gem!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Rome
What a great place to stay! The room was immaculate and had a great modern design. Looks newly renovated. Make sure to get the breakfast, it was wonderful and better than any regular Italian breakfast you will find at the market. Location was only 5 min walking from Campo de’ Fiori as well as public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I just stayed here for four nights and really loved it. It was slightly hard to find the building, then slightly hard to figure out what to do once we found it, but once we did we enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is fantastic as you are in Campo de Fiori, which in the morning is a huge local market and at night a bustling piazza with bars & restaurants. It's also just about a mile from the Vatican, Coliseum, Pantheon, and even less to Travestere so the location absolutely can not be beat for exploring Rome. The rooms were clean and modern, nice beds and a very nice bathroom. Nothing special, but it had everything you need - AC, mini-fridge, nice bed, modern bathroom, a small safe and a TV that we never used. The only negative is the service - it's not that it's bad or we had a bad experience, it's just that is doesn't really exist. This place is much more an Air B&B than it is a hotel. We stayed here 4 nights and ever saw the owners/managers until our very last day when they were making sure we were out of our room at 11:00 AM. We arrived at 3 PM and no one was there to greet us or say hello, you were on your own to find it and then enter the security codes on the outside doors. To their credit they did list their phone numbers if we needed them, but you definitely felt "on your own" here so it's a better fit for more independent travelers.
