A good place to stay near the Vatican where you can unwind and relax. Large bathroom, good AC, large TV. Perfect for a quick stay in Rome. The breakfast to our room was great as well. Would stay again!

The hot tub was a lovely treat in our room after a long day of walking and sightseeing! The building felt safe and was in perfect walking distance from Vatican City. The staff were friendly, helpful and generous with their breakfast service. Overall beautiful room and would definitely stay again x

What a lovely find. It was near to the Metro, the lovely Bea welcomed us with a coffee after a long day travelling. We were brought a lovely continental breakfast to our room each morning. She had even made me a cake for my birthday! A great family run establishment.

The owner was very attentive and very helpful. The location is very close to the Vatican and there is a payable parking lot open 24 hours only a 5 minute walk away. Good shower with hot water. Good for the price!

The hotel was ok. Service was very good. They should improve: Towels are not changed everyday Breakfast time begins too late (8:30 to 9:30) Communication is not good (we have to send lots of emails to get a response)

We loved the friendly and helpful staff. We had a breakfast sandwich or freshly baked croissant or yogurt and fruit every morning. This was the first stop to our European vacation. This location was excellent. We could either walk or take the metro every where. We loved Rome and definitely recommend this B&B. Great value and super clean!

It's conveniently located within meters of the subway stop. The best part is the kindness service that Sylvia gave us. Awesome breakfast. On check in, she received us offering a glass of juice, which felt great since it was hot outside at noon.

No frills comfort in a great location.
Great location, lovely service, comfortable beds. Just a nice room and en suite, breakfast included as room service. No frills, but it was all we needed. Excellent, would recommend to anyone looking for affordable room a short walk from the Vatican.

The B&B was well located for a visit to Rome - staff very good and the owner John Franco was very kind helpful and polite - would stay again / possible it would have been better not to eat in your room - but in a Dinmimg room and meet other guests !!

Amor B&B week away
The B&B was on the 5th floor of an apartment block, a little difficult to find, but very near the Ottiviano Metro and the Vatican with some good restaurants nearby but no pubs/bars as such. The metro was convenient and easy to travel to attractions etc. The rooms are clean and colourful, not as big as photos indicate. Water and coffee available in room plus sweets/fruit in the hall way. Alfredo and the owner were lovely people and very helpful and easy to chat with. The only downside was the breakfast which was pre-ordered and served in you room, this was repetitive and not much choice. It would have been better if they had made the hall way table into a breakfast table with guests being able to pick and chose what they wanted. The toiletries were sachets which is fine but to make it a real boutique B&B it would been nice to have had proper hotel style toiletries with the variety you normally get. Overall I would say good but lack a little extra that you would expect from a boutique B&B.

Everything was ok except that there was not soup to take a shower. Michelle is a great hoster, she will help you in anything you need. Shower too small. Some black dust was everywhere when arrived very late in the night, probably from ventilation.

Great access to the Vatican
I stayed here to be close to the Vatican. It is an easy walk to the Vatican Museum. Many restaurants in the area. Room is very tiny. It would be uncomfortable for 2 people. My room had a lot of noise from the alley and building behind. Many conversations going on all night. Staff was wonderful and it was a great value for what I needed. I would not have known to ring the buzzer on arrival, but thankfully another woman came in the door and helped me to reach the front desk.

Great modest budget spot.
For the moderate budget, this place is hard to beat. Very clean minimalist modern design that is an enjoyable break from the bustling outside. Perhaps could use a touch more comfort measures, but overall one of the most enjoyable places we stayed on a three week European vacation. The service and friendliness of the staff, Michelle and George, was exceptional. For the same price I don't think you can do better in that location.

A very good place to stay
Amor B&B is a very nice place. George and Michelle were friendly and very helpful. It is situated close to the Metro and the Vatican and within walking distance of most of the sights of Rome. Our room overlooked a busy street but was very quiet. There are restaurants and shopping close by. George served an excellent breakfast in our lovely room. We would highly recommend Amor B&B and hope to use it again ourselves.

Exllent bed and breakfast. Staff take pride in their work and strive to make your stay the best it can be. I would stay there again. Service is top notch. They assist with booking/reserving tickets to the main sites so you do not have to wait in line. Lines can be horrendous at the popular sites such as the Colosseum or the Vatican and tickets to the Borghese Gallery are limited so their services invaluable. Rooms are very clean, well maintained and have wifi. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. I got an omelette, bread, croissant, fruit, fresh orange juice and a coffee. It is delivered to your room at a time you nominate. It is located just outside Ottaviano station and very close to the Vatican. The metro is easy to use and frequent so it is quick and easy to get around at any metro station.

Hotel was accomaditing for my purposes which was 1 night but I found it to be on a very busy street where there are lots of street vendors right in front. The staff (George) is very helpful and Michelle arranged my early morning taxi to the airport which was right on time! Could use some extra accomadations like a fridge, stand for luggage and a maybe a towel rack or table in the bathroom. Definetly liked the sound proof windows!

Amor B&B
Amor is a small no frills B&B set in a condo building. It's a little hard to find so make sure you've got the address and you know where you're going. The rooms are small and the bed isn't very comfortable but the service is friendly and it's convenient to a lot of the tourist attractions. You're about a 5 min walk from the Vatican and on the same block as a subway stop so we had no trouble getting where we needed to go. They'll bring a light breakfast to your room in the morning when you want it which is nice. George and Michelle run the place and Michelle will contact you before your stay to arrange for reservations and give you some advice which is helpful if it's your first time in Rome. We thought the hotel was great but we were gone pretty much all day each day. If you're going to be spending a lot of time in the room then you might want to look elsewhere.

Como nao sabia que teria de fazer tudo on line desde o ckec-in ,cheguei na porta do hotel, e não sabia como entrar, pq nao tinha ninguem na recepção , foi horrivel ter de ficar na porta do hotel para entrar , até que um senhor de ima loja do lado ligou para a Dona vir abrir o quarto e entregar as chaves para nós. Achei o café da manhã tb muito ruim para 3 pessoas , muito reduzido, achei pessimo!
