Delicious two-room apartment located in an adorable square near the characteristic Roman market of Alberone (San Giovanni district). The apartment has just been renovated following modern and welcoming color lines, and is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay unforgettable.
The location of the apartment is perfect for those who want to reside in a quiet area but at the same time want to be able to walk to well-stocked commercial shopping and entertainment areas (for example via Appia Nuova). The square in front of the building where the apartment is located is lively both day and evening. The house is 450 m walk from the Furio Camillo metro station (metro line A). Metro line A is the one that leads to the points of greatest tourist interest (Spanish Steps, Vatican Museums, Basilica of San Giovanni, Termini Station). Furthermore, from the stop located in via Luigi Cibrario, n. 15 (about 250 meters from the house) you can take the bus line n. 87 which makes an interesting tour through San Giovanni, the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, Largo di Torre Argentina, the Vatican area, etc. The Ciampino airport (the closest) is about 12 km away but the apartment also enjoys an optimal position with respect to travel to and from Fiumicino airport as the Tuscolana station is 1 km on foot from the house.
In the area there is a wide choice of services (clothing stores, hairdressers, cinemas), excellent bars, restaurants and taverns of various prices and tastes, as well as trendy clubs, while for those who want to eat meals at home the area is equipped with supermarkets and just 100 meters away there is also the well-stocked and folkloristic Alberone market.
The apartment is located on the third floor, is very bright, very quiet and is equipped with every comfort (eg: TV, WI FI connection, hairdryer, set of towels, air conditioning, independent heating). There is also a dishwasher, an electric kettle, an electric oven and an induction hob. It consists of a double bedroom, a living area with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette as well as a bathroom with a comfortable shower. Ideal for 4 people, both for a family and for two couples of friends. It is possible to add a baby bed in the bedroom (for modalities and costs it is necessary to request a separate service at the time of booking). The paintings hanging on the walls are all handmade and always to decorate the walls of the house, particularly characteristic postcards from the 1950s have been framed.
