"Brindisi is really a great place and this place is in a wonderful location. The person that manages it does an excellent job of communicating. We particularly loved his responseon where to park. Often when staying in old parts of cities, this is difficult. He had three ideas about parking--and we were easily able to park for free on the street. You can easily walk to many restaurants and the waterfront. Do all units have balconies? no. Only the upper unit does. Is there breakfast? Well....no really. We didn't care--so I find honesty helps travellers know what to expect. Are there windows? Hmm. Not really. It's just good to know! That said, we had a great, short stay here. Great shower!"

"The check-in staff at Hotel Orientale were helpful & very welcoming. They helped us with our luggage to Palazzo Berllocchi specially the evening shift. We also got a bottle of local bubbly as a complimentary gift. The room was kept clean, towels were changed. The breakfast was a big spread for fruits, hot items and great coffee. Staff in the breakfast room was very friendly & catered to the needs of the clients. Upon check-out, the morning staff helped us get a taxi to the train station. Would highly recommend this excellent B&B in the center of Brindisi."
