We love that we had enough space for 5 people. It was very near to 2 train stations. We were early for check in but they took us anyway.

Property is geared to families which is why we booked it. There is essentially no common area and lobby gets crowded with luggage and people. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very small and very basic.

5 stars hotel but the room was dated(very old) could needs a facelift. I have a tower corner room the view not so good, room is very small. The floor was dirty bed is uncomfortable.
Onsen and spa not down (not working) did not get to use.
Staff very helpful.
