Perfect for Family Fun

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water. The views from the master suites were breathtaking, especially from the balcony. We walked down the beach every morning, sunrise’s were amazing! The house is modern and stylish, and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this house!

KPOW on the beach

Lovely property and the management was very attentive and responsive. Only issue was minor issue with AC upstairs - it was very warm. But overall a wonderful property and location!! All referrals were very helpful and friendly as well.

House was fabulous….very well stocked, steps from the beach with a beautiful pool area and outdoor kitchen. Perfect vacation for our family trip with 6 adults and 3 kids. There was a small glitch with one of the AC units…. The caretaker was there in 30 minutes with an HVAC tech and the unit was fixed in no time. We used Paul’s recommendation of chef Tevin who came to the house and cooked 2 dinners for us…delicious! Would highly recommend.

Luxury and Relaxation

This house was all about luxury and relaxation. The pool area was fantastic, with lounge chairs and a gazebo for shade. The house itself was so comfortable, with high-end furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. The stainless steel appliances were top-notch, and we loved the Bluetooth speakers for hanging at the pool. The view from the 2nd floor balcony is to die for! Great location for restaurants too! We will absolutely book this house again!

Wonderful!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. We were celebrating our brothers 60th birthday and this house was absolutely perfect. We loved the open floor plan of the main floor and when we wanted privacy, we all had our own bedrooms which were very large. There was plenty of room for all of us to soak up the sun outside, and if we wanted shade there was more than enough covered areas. The beach was perfect to walk and the water was so beautiful. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Perfect in every way

This house was absolutely amazing. The views, rooms, decorations, lighting, every little detail was beautiful. You won't be able to appreciate it all until you stay here. We have been going on a family vacation for 9 years now, and this house has ruined us. We have joked about future trips to other places needing to be "KPOW nice". We will 100% be back to this house.

Love Love Love

We loved every minute of our stay here! The house is right on the beach, literally just steps down. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor have the most incredible view. Paul was so helpful and so quick to respond. The outdoor living area was perfect for us . The clear kayaks were so much fun, and we loved exploring the water. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I highly recommend this house!

Girls Trip

Girls Week! We stayed here with a group of girls, and it was perfect! This house is amazing, none of us wanted to leave! The house was so open, we could be hanging out in the kitchen, at the dining table, or in the family room and everyone felt included. Relaxing in the pool, walking the beach, coffee on the balcony with those views, and private chef’s were just some of the highlights. The late night girl talk with a few bottles of wine was priceless! We’ll definitely be back!

Best vacation yet!

We stayed at Island Time next door and had such a great time that we had to be one of the first in this bigger house with a bigger group as soon as it was ready. Just like last time Paul hooked us up with the van rentals, pre-arrival shopping, and private boat trip that picked us up at the house. This house is amazing and more over the top than next door with amazing finishes and everything you need which makes packing easier. The views are stunning especially from the second floor balcony. We will definitely be back to the island and rent from Paul again as soon as possible!

Pool Fun and Luxury

Hey! I just sent you an email to request a review. Below is a review I wrote for you if you would like to use it. Pool Fun and Luxury  Our group of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids) had such an amazing time! The house is luxurious but still super comfortable. The huge kitchen island was awesome for prepping food and socializing. The outdoor gazebo was perfect for evening drinks and watching the kids play in the pool. By far the nicest house we have ever rented!

Birthday trip

I cannot say enough about this house. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. It definitely exceeded my expectations. We had a group of 11 adults and there was plenty of room for all. The house/pool was equipped with everything you would ever need. We used Charlene for pre arrival groceries. The house manager Patrick was also very receptive to anything we needed. The house is perfect, the view is better. This is truly a luxury property and would not hesitate to return!

Just about perfect

We were 3 couples, a single adult and 9 year old. KPOW was just about perfect. Paul was helpful before we booked and the listing was accurate. The home is high end with high end appliances and luxury finishes. The property manager was there to greet us as was the lady with our pre-ordered grocery supplies. The pool was very warm, the ocean was calm and great to kayak/paddleboard in. The island has great restaurants and everyone we encountered was very friendly. One day we did an amazing boat tour. KPOW is a truly wonderful, well designed and kept home for a holiday … we have traveled all over the world and this place ranks very, very high for us.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at KPOW! This is a beautiful and very accommodating home that has all the amenities you can possibly think of! Our group was 3 families with some of our kids aged 14-25. There were things to do for everyone! The pool and beach are beautiful. There were pool floaties and beach chairs to use. The kitchen had all the gadgets you needed and we loved having Chef Keva come in and cook for us one evening. We wish we would have done this more as it was reasonable and the home had an atmosphere superior to the ambiance of any restaurant The bedrooms are huge and we loved having 2 sets of washers and dryers to use throughout the week. Very easy to get around in Exuma with your car rental. This is a very remote island with limited amenities. Also highly recommend a boat excursion or two. You cannot go to Exuma without seeing and experiencing the beautiful surrounding waters. We have been to many different islands in the Caribbean and this ranks at the top for the most beautiful water. If you are looking for a laid back, beautiful vacation KPOW and Exuma are the place for you!

Vacation at KPOW on the Beach!

What a great time my family and I had at KPOW!! This property had it all, a gorgeous pool, right on the beach, spacious bedrooms with private baths, and was perfect for a laid back relaxing week. The house was more than stunning and cozy, and was perfect for adults and children! The kids loved the bunk bed room, and enjoyed taking the kayaks and paddle board out! The addition of a grill and the outside kitchen area was utilized a lot, as my family and I brought some frozen chicken since grocery shopping can be a little expensive. The location of this property was perfect, quick drives to grocery and liquor stores, and a quick 10-15 minute drive from the airport. I could not recommend a better place to stay and I can not get over the amazing views of the water and island that this place has to offer! Definitely will be renting through StayExuma again!

We had the most amazing stay at KPOW on the Beach and truly could not have asked for a better home for our group trip. The house itself is incredible and perfectly set up for larger groups. We had a mix of couples and kids, and the layout worked so well for everyone. Three of the kids stayed comfortably in the room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, another family had a great setup in a queen room with three bunk beds, and the rest of the couples each had their own space all with private bathrooms. The pool was a huge highlight, especially for the kids. The shallow area acted like a splash pad, which kept them entertained for hours and made it easy for everyone to relax. The outdoor setup overall was perfect. We used the grill often for easy lunches, and the kitchen was fully equipped whether we wanted to cook ourselves or bring in a private chef. The beach was absolutely beautiful, clean, and just steps away. We loved how walkable the area was, and having Big D’s Conch Spot just two doors down was such a fun bonus. It made grabbing a drink incredibly convenient without going too far.The kayaks and canoe were a great touch and so much fun when the water was calm. Inside, having TVs in every room was perfect for winding down at night.Overall, KPOW on the Beach was everything we hoped for and more. It made our trip feel effortless, comfortable, and truly special. We would absolutely stay here again!

Simply Amazing

This was our 6th trip to the island and the nicest house we have ever rented. After landing, we were greeted by our rental cars waiting right outside the terminal. Paul's team on the island set it all up for us. They also had the house stocked with food prior to our arrival so after a short 15-20 minute drive from the airport, we had cold beer and lunch ready to go. From the time we landed to the time we were on the beach at the house less than an hour had passed. Once at the house, we were stunned by the luxurious details of the home. All rooms are master suites with private baths. The kitchen was amazing and the layout of the home worked perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the clear bottom kayaks - these were perfect for that area as it is extremely calm and almost pool-like off of the beach. Speaking of pools, the pool are was wonderful with a full outdoor kitchen to use. We are already in touch to book our trip next year.

We just returned from our Exuma vacation and stay at KPOW on the beach. This house is beautiful and provided everything we needed for a relaxing week. The owner was quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival and gave a great recommendation for someone that could stock the fridge for us. He also checked in mid week via text to check on us. The house manager Patrick met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. We did have an issue with water pressure at one point but a quick text to Patrick and he arrived at the house to troubleshoot the problem. Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 teenagers) had plenty of space to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside area. The pool was refreshing and the ocean view is beautiful. We used the floats at the house to float out in front of the house several times during our trip. Our kids used the kayaks and also swam out to snorkel in front of the house. There are some rocks directly in front of the house in the sand so just be aware. Not an issue to navigate once you know they are there. We would return to Exuma and this house without question. Book it! You won't regret it!
