The Space:

Get two separate houses with 2 separate kitchens and two decks with views of Beaver Lake. The main house has a spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a family room with a 70” flat screen television, a formal living room and a play area for board games. Both places have fully stocked kitchens extra towels and linens and a desk.



The Beaver Lake Getaway includes the following:



• 6 BEDS (2 King, 2 Queens and 1 sofa bed,) plus another large couch and plenty of room for sleeping bags.

• Air mattress and/or cot available with prior request.

• Smart Lock: Each reservation gets a unique random door code

• Smart TV's

Kitchen: fully stocked with coffee pot, pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, toaster, serving accessories, and more.



Outdoor Space: A relaxing covered patio with seating. Additional deck in the studio with great view of Beaver Lake. Large back yard (not fully fenced) and extra large driveway. You can easily fit your boat trailer.



Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, French door with access to yard and patio.

Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage. There is a neighborhood beach with a boat launch 1 mile away.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in Beaver Shores at the end of a cul de sac right by Beaver lake. Our neighborhood has a private beach and a boat ramp. (Please note that in times of heavy rains the beach may not be accesible.)



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking - No smoking



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Extra Guests - This listing is for 10 guests. Eight extra guests up to 18 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
