There’s plenty to excite and delight inside and out in a house that puts you within easy reach of Downtown Rogers, Pinnacle Hills and all the other treasures that Northwest Arkansas holds. LIVING ROOM You’re bound to need a space where you can all gather during your stay, perhaps to watch TV, play games or just plan the next day’s adventures. This living room is where you can do that. It has two leather sofas and an armchair, so plenty of seating for all guests. There’s a big coffee table too, with space enough for board and card games. And then there’s the Samsung smart TV, all 70-inches of it wall mounted above the fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM Hosting a sit-down meal to celebrate a special occasion during your stay? The open concept kitchen and dining area makes for a great place to do this. First, the kitchen where you’ll find all the tools, dishes, plates, bowls, and drinkware a large crew is likely to need. The appliances and countertops are high quality, so preparing snacks and meals is a real pleasure on those occasions you decide not to eat out. There’s even breakfast bar seating, a great place to grab a snack. But when everyone wants to sit down together, the adjacent dining table gives you all somewhere to gather and celebrate good food and great company. 4 BEDROOMS Whichever bedroom you get at The Broadway, you’ll enjoy the benefits of a comfortable hotel mattress by Helix Sleep and Brooklinen Luxe Core bedding. So you can be sure you’ll be fully relaxed and ready for a new day’s adventuring in Northwest Arkansas. The Master features a king size bed, together with a lounge chaired a twin bed, 55-inch smart TV, plus an ensuite bathroom with shower, and double vanity. The other three bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. Bedroom 1 upstairs has a king size beds with a 55-inch smart tv, Bedroom 2 has two queen size beds and a small sitting area, while the final Bedroom 3 downstairs has two twin beds, ideal for younger guests. 2.5 BATHROOMS As well as the ensuite in the master bedroom, there’s a guest bathroom in the hall with a shower/tub combo, WC and wash basin. You can expect to find good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap and hair dryers in these bathrooms for all guests to use. There is also a half bathroom located in the downstairs foyer. LAUNDRY All that hiking, biking or exploring NWA tends to get clothes a little dirty. My Arkansas family lives a couple of streets away so this was a perfect nearby spot for us. The home felt luxurious yet homey! It was very easy to navigate to all of the attractions, trails, restaurants, museums, grocery stores, etc. in Rogers and Bentonville. The host was polite, helpful, & made everything worthwhile, easy, and stress-free. We were able to focus on our vacation while feeling at-home, rather than worrying about our accommodations in any way. Our family has stayed in VRBOs and other types of rentals for many years. This is our second stay at this particular house and we think it’s wonderful! The place is spotless, house ac temp was 71 F when we arrived so it felt really refreshing after hot car trip, towels and bedding are bright white and luxurious, kitchen is awesome, furniture and beds are VERY comfortable, owner very responsive to texts/questions, location of house is very close to restaurants/stores/interstate, and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner left out some coffee and trail mix in these cute little bags. It has the owner’s company name on the bags. It’s a nice little touch. The owner has other rental units in this area and if this house is booked next time, we will for sure book one of their other properties in the area. ##### Heather B. Cons: Communication hot and cold, sometimes good, sometimes days for response. Originally told early check in available, then day of arrival that changed. Left something at property and was never able nail down getting it back. Gave up after a few messages. Still, overall nice location, nice neighborhood and really nice home. ##### Marohn P. Cleaners forgot to clean the microwave, which was heavily used by previous tenant, so we had to clean before our own use. Layout of home and rooms was great for our use, with comfortable beds, and nice, ample linens provided for all bathrooms. No sound bar for LR TV, so volume was a little low. The kitchen items were a bit lacking, sufficient eating utensils but not much in the way of serving pieces, storage containers. ##### Don P. A Perfect Home Away from Home Our family recently had the most memorable Easter gathering at the Broadway in Rogers. We were thrilled to visit our daughter, who resides in Rogers, and were joined by our son and his family from north Central Arkansas, as well as our daughter and her family all the way from Minnesota. From the moment we stepped into the Broadway, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean, and we immediately felt at ease and comfortable. The spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample space for our entire family, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The Broadway served as the perfect home away from home for our family. The attention to detail in the house's design and furnishings was evident in every corner. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories with our loved ones. One aspect that particularly stood out to us was the excellent price we received for such a remarkable accommodation. The affordability of the Broadway made our Easter gathering even more special, as we were able to fully enjoy our time together without any financial worries. Overall, our experience at the Broadway was nothing short of exceptional. The house provided us with a cozy and comfortable environment, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy quality time with our family.
