Swimming and fishing are just steps away; it is less than 100 feet to the water's edge with easy off access. We have a lakeside patio area to relax and enjoy the view. A nice gravel beach area provides access to tie-off a boat or jet ski during the day (no dock available). It is located in one of the most convenient lake locations to restaurants, attractions, and shopping in Rogers and surrounding areas. Escape the daily stresses of life and relax in the tranquility of our lakefront vacation rental home. The peaceful setting allows you to enjoy evenings on the deck watching the sunset over the lake or mornings sipping coffee as the cool breeze blows over the water. Spend sunny days soaking in the sunshine at the lakeside flagstone patio or evenings relaxing by the fire pit perfect for roasting hot dogs and s'mores. You are sure to see abundant deer, birds, and other wildlife. Comfort and cleanliness is our top priority for our guests and we take pride in providing wonderful accommodations for up to ten guests. We offer 3 bedrooms (plus two queen sleeper sofas) and 2 baths. The home is furnished with major appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer and ceiling fans in bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, and cookware. The main floor has a comfortable sitting area with stone fireplace, TV and DVD player, beautiful hardwood floors, queen sleeper and plenty of windows to view the water and landscape. The first bedroom has a King bed, TV, ample closets and drawer space. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with Smart TV. Outside is a beautiful deck with patio furniture and a BBQ propane grill where you will enjoy the spectacular view and beautiful sunsets. Downstairs offers a family room with queen sleeper, TV/DVD, stone fireplace, games, Master Bedroom w/King bed and TV, bath, and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Step out of the sliding glass doors and walk right down to the lakeside. The house is located less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to the Horseshoe Bend State Park with swim beach, picnic pavilions, boat launches, playground areas and a full service Marina. The legendary Monte Ne Chicken Inn is 4 miles away for a delicious family style dinner. It is just 15 minutes to the Pinnacle Hills Promenade Shopping Mall, AMP for awesome concerts and John Q. Hammons Convention Center. Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art and children's Amazeum is only 18 miles away. We are approximately 20 miles from XNA Airport and 25 miles from Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas, 15 miles to War Eagle Mill and 35 miles to Eureka Springs. The family and I stayed there all week. The two boys and the wife and I went and threw rocks in the lake every morning. Swam every evening and just had a relaxing time. The owners were amazing. We were five adults requiring five separate sleeping areas. it was perfect! The kitchen has everything you need to do as much cooking as you wish. The fire pit is fabulous, and we enjoyed S'mores one night. Just sitting on the deck looking out over the lake was relaxing, and we even had a "resident" cat that showed up frequently and wanted attention. The kitchen was well-stocked for food preparation. We’d also never been to the area before and this listing provided the perfect introduction! We loved how quiet and secluded it was from town! The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were all well stocked! The home’s close proximity to the water with a beach area was the ultimate convenience with 4 kids! Our older children were able to kayak, swim, and fish further out while our toddler could play closer to the bank! The lake was gorgeous and the water is pristine! We will be back! ##### Alisha M. Right on the water. Just take a few stone steps down a hill to a fireplace platform then from there a few more to the lake. The house had everything we needed other then lids for bowls/plastic wrap/baggies for leftover food. But that was poor planning on our part. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only downside to our trip was the tornado that hit the town and we lost electricity for the remainder of our trip. Plus side: there was a large enough closest in basement to fit our whole crew during the storm! Great communication with owners and they were very nice! Thanks for the stay! ##### janelle h.
