Secure bike storage, bike wash and Park Tools bike stand for everything you need while exploring our MTB, gravel and paved greenway trails. Right near the Railyard, pump track, Lake Atalanta, outdoor music venue, Onyx HQs. Minutes from Beaver Lake access, close to Hobbs State Park.
The space
Enjoy off-street parking, queen beds, Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom, huge beautiful backyard, and outdoor fire pit. Pet friendly with fully fenced backyard. Secure bike storage, bike wash and Park Tools bike stand for everything you need while exploring our MTB, gravel and paved greenway trails. Easy access to Beaver Lake and all of the music, art, farmers markets, and new bars and restaurants in downtown Rogers. 15 minutes to Bentonville. 12 minutes to the Walmart AMP concert venue. 30 minutes to Fayetteville. Free weekend concerts every Friday and Saturday night from May to October at The Railyard in downtown Rogers. We also recommend a day trip 1.5-2 hours east to the Buffalo National River, Ozark National Forest or Horseshoe Canyon Ranch.
